Sep 09,2023I purchased a luggage set in October 2022 for my holiday in Tenerife. I used the medium-sized case for my holiday however, on its first trip away, I discovered once I arrived at e the hotel that the suitcase was badly cracked around one of the wheels. When I returned home, I contacted aerolite and described what had happened, and I was told that it was the problem of the aircraft carrier Jet2. Unfortunately, they were as unhelpful as aerolite, and I still have a broken useless suitcase that I have only used once. I thought they carried a guarantee but aerolite seem to have washed their hands of it. So no, I will not recommend them nor give them anything other than one star.

Sep 07,2023Easy online ordering from a really accessible and informative website. Excellent products arrived with swift delivery!!! We ordered a second “Ryanair” under the seat bag as the first was brilliant. Fantastic customer service to address a small issue with a zipper…immediate replacement dispatched with next day delivery. Have no reservations in recommending the bag and Aerolite!!! We will no doubt be asked by fellow travelers on our next flights!!!

Aug 01,2023Quick delivery and very reasonably priced. Sturdy and well made. I did a trial pack and couldn't believe how much it held. Sandals, flip flops,underwear,nightie, 1 vest top, 2 shirts,2 t -shirts, 4 tops , 2 short dresses, 1 maxi dress, 2 light cover ups, pac a mac, 2 prs crop trousers, swim suit, toiletries, make up , kindle plus charger and room for a very small handbag. Still well under 15 kg ( easy jet has now put a weight limit on underseat bags ). So pleased we have bought another one.

Aug 01,2023Speedy delivery, good packaging. Bag, exactly as described. As other reviewers have said, it is padded well. I like that the shoulder straps hide away when not in use. Ideal when using it as a small case. Happy with product.

Aug 01,2023I got recommended by a friend that you price matched for. She recommended me and I ordered the same sets of cases but larger ones, only one was out of stock so I ordered one case on another website and paid £40 more for. When I emailed you for a price match you advised me that she must have ordered it off your Amazon shop where they are also more expensive but still your online shop. But because it is your own shop you can price match. I couldnt be bothered sending the ‘ expensive’ case back as I wanted a matching set. And also returning the other three to you. I appreciate you must be more expensive on your Amazon shop for the fees you must pay to them. Not the best situation for the consumer trying to buy your products though. Otherwise I’d have given you more stars.

Jul 29,2023I bought a suitcase 6 months ago off Aerolite, on the second use one of the retaining straps inside the case pulled off. There is no easy way to fix it so I sent a picture to the company. Within 24 hrs had a reply saying to scrap the case and a new replacement was on its way. I wish every company behaved like this one. From this experience I highly recommend this company.

Jul 02,2023Used the suitcase once (return journey) and the case already has a large crack through it. I have two smaller cases which have been fine, but the quality of the large cases appears to be poor.

Jul 01,2023Excellent case. Well made, light but also strong. Able to carry a decent amount of luggage for a cabin bag. Max size for BA, EasyJet and a few other airlines but not Ryanair.

Sep 18,2023What can I say. One of the BEST customer services I ever have had the pleasure to deal with. I brought 1 carry on bags for Ryanair, unfortunately one ripped whist on way home, I contacted the customer service team via email in which I attached pictures. They were extremely polite and advised me they have sent me a replacement straight away. The bags are really good quality I just believe this was a fault bag but never the less will defo be ordering again
