May 12,2024Top notch . Actually found the same product slightly cheaper elsewhere but decided to go with AE sewing machines . And the service has been exceptional. Had an issue (my own fault) and the technical support was incredible. Machine arrived ready to go. Excellent quality components , solid work table and the machine is super quiet. Came fitted with a direct drive motor which I didn’t expect either so a bonus . Brilliant company

Apr 12,2024This company went above and beyond. I ordered my machine and unfortunately, it was damaged in transit. I contacted the company and they were incredibly responsive. They listened to my worries and acted quickly and efficiently. Rees and his brother personally drove down to me (a 5 hour drive) to deliver a new machine and pick up the old one. He then also set it all up and gave me a lesson! Such friendly, helpful chaps. Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend this family run business. Thank you Rees and the team for all your efforts. I will be returning again for future machines!

Apr 10,2024We were in the market for a new machine but were unsure which model would best suit our needs. I sent a sample of what we needed to sew and AE made a recommendation. We had a video call with them and they explained what the machine can do and showed us it in action sewing the sample we supplied. They were very knowledgeable of the machines and very helpful, we will definitely use them again.

Mar 29,2024I have been a hand-sewing leathercraftsman for 14 years, and finally took the plunge with a sewing machine recently. Rhys from AE Sewing Machines took my call, and patiently explained the options and answered all my questions. Once I had completed the purchase, communication was good and Rhys delivered the machine himself, also setting up and explaining all the necessary start-up information. He has continued to offer support via telephone/WhatsApp as required; when he says 'ring anytime', he clearly means it. I am very impressed with AE, grateful for the help and advice and pleased with the machine, daunting as it is for a first-timer. I have confidence that any issues will be attended to promptly. No hesitation in recommending AE.

Feb 19,2024I needed some new large bobbins for my Juki sewing machine, the lady on the phone was very helpful and suggested I try another cheaper version, so I chose to have four of each, the cheaper are ok but not as good as the generic ones. But thank you for the info.
