Nov 20,2013Actually the internet stock wasn't up to date. Therefore when I placed my order for a Seiko part I could do so, but in reality the item was out of stock. So guys had to order straight from Japan. Rhys did everything to get the part asap.

Nov 18,2013We are very pleased with the service and machine provided by Advance Enterprises. This is our first commercial machine and it seemed to be a minefield at times - even after delivery. However we have been guided through the process. The machine has been working hard since its arrival a number of days ago and is far superior to the machines previously used. We will be needing another very soon and we are confident that Advance Enterprises were the right choice to grow our business.

Nov 13,2013We purchased a new sewing machine, which initially was not living up to our expectations. We use the machine for sewing the hems on vertical blinds, we only use the monifill thread which is a pain as any body into sewing will know. However Advance Enterprises did not shy away and after trying various options on the machine it is now running like a dream! They visited us 3 or 4 times, each time there was no charge at all, this particularly impressed us as they had to fit some pretty expensive components to get the dreaded monofill thread to run smoothly, I dont know of many companies who would go that far to ensure satisfaction without any charges for the upgraded components that they fitted. We are more that impressed with the machine, the cost of the machine has been recovered in the increased production and less man hours needed in just over 6 months.
