Aug 14,2023We had the pleasure of ordering 3 machines from AE. A Juki LU 1.3mm MK knife cut off, a Juki LU 6mm Twinner, and a Jeux tape hot weld. The cut off was our main priority, and AE were able to beat delivery time from Durkopp and Pfaff by 6 months. Which was a massive help in our training process. We also needed several modifications done to all machines to suit our processes. They went above and beyond and delivered everything we requested. Their aftersales support is second to none as well. Can't fault anything and we look forward to working with AE on future projects.

I bought my machine over three years ago now, and if I ever come up with an issue or a problem that is usually my fault, they are always there on hand to help me resolve the issue whether it’s a phone call or face time . Needless to say I have since bought two other machines from them, as I am so confident in the after service that they provide. He talked us through setting up our new sewing machine and even drove to us in Bournemouth to help us rectify a minor issue in person. Couldn’t have asked for more. We are happy with our purchase and the service we received and would have no hesitation using AE sewing again in the future. In fact we have ordered a new foam cutter and are considering sourcing a new embroidery machine from them as well. Thank you again. 5 star!
