Rhys and Ellis were both effortlessly helpful and their offer of further support felt very genuine. So for someone like me, who’s slowly getting to grips with running a small business and learning a new craft, is a great comfort. So grateful to have found AE Sewing. Apr 21,2023We recently bought a machine from AE sewing and ran into trouble with it (stupid user error!) Due to our workshop being hundreds of miles away, Rhys from AE sewing guided us by phone step by step on how to resolve it. He was amazingly patient and saved us a lot of heartache trying to get an engineer out to us. Can't thank him enough, or recommend AE sewing's brilliant customer service highly enough. On a side note, the machine itself is amazing too!

Mar 07,2023I received the sewing machine in good condition but the accessory bag and instruction manual are not sent with the sewing machine. I have emailed to them about the missing items. The delivery person was very unhelpful. She left the machine outside the apartment building and it was a challenge to take it inside the building. My husband requested her if she could put it inside the main entrance but she refused.
