I have ordered the Ironing board - The board came broken, won't stop blowing and it's blowing my fuse box. I have contacted the company and after some explaining I have the bord seen by mechanic and was fixed.

I needed a servo motor for my old Industrial sewing machine after shopping around I found one at AE sewing machines, so decided to order online as the price was the best I'd seen. The very next morning it arrived, wow, fantastic service. I fitted it in no time at all and I was up and running again. I can't recommend the company highly enough on price and customer service. After calling a certain company in Nottingham who were not interested if you didn’t buy a machine from them, to a company in Bury that on visiting were so rude, obnoxious and don’t welcome the new machine user with true destain. Not put off I found AE on the internet and sent a couple of emails, which were replied to by Rhys. He was both knowledgeable and helpful and warned of the slight complications I might face with what I was trying to achieve ( due only to my bad descriptions lol ) So I ordered the parts I needed and went to collect. WELL!! What an experience and half a day out. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and “hi are you ok, how can I help?” ( not my experience in Bury ) Once I’d explained I’d come to collect, the very helpful lady took the details, found my order and informed me she would go and collect my items. The cheerful lady returned and accompanied with a male colleague then took the time “ without being asked “ to show me how to assemble the products in great detail. Just wow. As I was Leaving and had my hands full of smaller bits n bobs ( was going to return to collect the table top) the lady offered to carry it out for me. Hmmm embarrassing as I had the lighter items in my arms, but instantly you get the feeling your with your mum and nothing is too much trouble and we are all equal. We reach my vehicle and the familiar sounds of joy as the realisation I have one of my dogs with me, lots of dog talk and joined by gran and then daughter all animal lovers. So to sum up my experience outstanding, helpful and very very friendly. When I first found their website and read the “About” it read they were a family business, sometimes we can be sceptical, but nothing could be further from the truth, and to cap it all, on arriving home and finishing the assembly of my new items ( made possible by such detailed advice and knowledge ) I dropped an email to make a further product enquiry and to thank Rhys for his help. This was gone 7pm, to my total but unsurprising surprise I received an immediate reply and Rhys then informed me the lovely lady had told him I’d attended and about my dogs, the lovely lady is indeed his mum. Now that is truly a helpful, knowledgeable and caring family business that I highly recommend and encourage you to support companies like this that treat you like a human being and not a digit on a spreadsheet. Thank you so much guys. I’m already looking for reasons to return.
