I ordered a foam cutting machine from AE Sewing, and not only did they disregards their stated delivery times, they dispatched, what must have been within minutes and delivered it to Kent from Wales within 18 hours. Nov 20,2020Chose to purchase an industrial overlocker from AE Sewing on recommendation. They were excellent during the supply and shipping phase, the machine arrived well packaged and set up ready to my specifications. Since purchase I have had to call in twice for technical support (operator error), which has been a positive experience on both occasions. Yesterday I managed to snap a needle in the machine and unfortunately damage the needle plate, which Rhys managed to source for me whilst I was on the phone and have it shipped out to me for the next working day (this morning) before 1pm! Back in business within 24 hours. Excellent service, will only buy my machines from here going forward. Thank you Rhys!

I called up to enquire about the overlocker I wanted and all of my questions were answered knowledgeably and helpfully. Delivery was was scheduled on a day to suit me and Rhys talked me through everything I needed to know about the machine once it was set up. He also offered many ways to get in touch afterwards if I had any problems, which is ideal. Can’t recommend highly enough 👌🏻😊.

Oct 26,2020We would Highly recommend AE Sewing Machines. After a few phone calls with Rhys on the rite machine for us to use with a Bespoke Silk fabric. Our 2nd machine a Juke 7000-A Ordered Wednesday arrived Friday perfectly wrapped only had to attach the thread stand and add the oil to the tray, a little play with it on Saturday, What a great Start Monday Morning perfect results. We also purchased a Leather Skiving machine early on in the year a warning code came on a quick phone call with Rhys sorted over the phone. Credit where it's due A big thank you to Rhys, Fay, and all the staff cant thank you enough for the exceptional service, Best Regards Jim.

But digging out non-existing anymore overlocker's part from the underground or taking it back from the other side of life when you just lost your hope - that's the everyday for them. For me it's just pure magic. And the master wizard of that magic world is Rhys. He doesn't only conjure up just a part but genuine one with original numbers on. He also makes the tricks with the money too - it just does't disappear completely from your wallet after his magic abracadabras. That's great! And another phenomena is a fact that the time from order to delivery is just about 12-15 barman's "one moment mate" in average (black magic) southern pub. But the best part of the hocus pocus was that Rhys called me that he had found the part which he holds in hand and it will be delivered in the morning. This is the man and the company that I can trust in the case of another breakdown of any of my machines. Now I need to ask Rhys to look into his crystal ball to check when this will happen. Pure magic.

Sep 28,2020I bought my Juki DL8100E from AE 18 months ago and they have been wonderful at every step! They gave advice on which machine would best suit my needs (soft furnishings) and they helped to accomodate my budget by arranging collection in person. They gave me a full run through of how it works in their warehouse (encouraged me to take videos of the various parts and processes to help retain the information) and helped pack it safely into my car. I've had ongoing support from them over the phone, and for the more complicated issues they have arranged a Facetime/call-out with a technician to help solve the problem. The machine is SUPERB and REALLY QUIET, the only issues I've had have been to do with general maintenance, no faults with the machine. AE's ongoing support is fantastic!

After deciding to start up as a sole trader in Automotive interior trim, I knew it was paramount to have quality machines to be able to execute a high quality of work, which is exactly what these Jukis offer. Rhys was one of the main reasons I used ae because he's on my level, and what I mean by that is he's down to earth, can have a good laugh, but also works with a motivated and passionate mindset, which for me is a key quality to have, especially when you may be dealing with them long term. He recommended machines to me after I explained my needs, and we agreed on the LU200 series. Everyone at ae were extremely accommodating and couldn't do enough to help. Was an absolute pleasure and I look forward to doing more business in the future.
