Firstly their customer service is outstanding. They would check that i received emails and made sure to answer any of my questions no matter how many i had or how silly they were. they were incredible at fixing issues i had and made just i had the best experience i could. their guidance and support was no valued and they really help to make sure you are choosing the right machine for what you need. they go above and beyond and are just amazing at making sure you are happy with what you are looking for. i can not wait to do business with them again and build a long lasting relationship with them.

I telephoned first for information before purchasing a foam cutter. Very polite staff, very helpful and informative, and item arrived next working day. Knife looks good and came in a carry case. Very smart. I've only tried it out initially so unable to comment yet on how good it is.

I contacted Rhys @ AE Sewing machines when I was looking to buy a specific type of 5 thread overlocking machine, Rhys was able to advise over the phone on the various options that may suit my requirement, I received spec'straight away, this was followed up with close up photos of the machine and its seam capabilities, We moved quickly to purchace, the machine was delivered and set up by Gary, we now have a fantastic quality machine which is proving perfect for our high quality shirt production, based on my experience and the cost of the machine, I can highly recommend Rhys and all the team at A E Sewing machines Wrexham, we managed all this in the midst of the lockdown too, thank you guys, I will be back, Patrick Joseph Shirt maker, Ruthin.

Excellent service- Ellis was very knowledgeable about the products that were on sale. He helped a complete novice choose a great machine. Great service through the online chat and on the phone. I used the online live chat and Ellis was quick to recommend a few machines based on what I was looking for! I was looking to upgrade from my domestic machine to an industrial so really didn’t know what I was looking for. I visited your shop in Wrexham and everybody was so lovely and helpful! I took a few samples of the fabrics I work with and Gary really helped and showed me the most suitable machine! I purchased it and it was delivered in a couple of days! Gary helped me set up the machine in my workshop and stayed to show me how to use it properly and make sure I knew how it works! I can’t thank you guys enough! My new Industrial sewing machine has already changed the way I work and I love it! I love that you are a family business and all really know your stuff!

I bought my first industrial sewing machine after much thought. I talked to Ellis who helped me decide on the model. An invoice was raised which I paid at midnight due to online banking restrictions and got an email reply from him 30 minutes later! My machine arrived on a pallet just as described and I have to say I did feel rather intimidated. I unwrapped it and had some help getting it off the pallet. Then I phoned because I really wan't sure what to do next. John very helpfully talked me through what little there was to do as it is fully installed (apart from the thread stand). I now have a fabulous industrial Juki and after a not so quick phone call with a lovely lady (sorry forgot the name!) who reassured me that if I have any issues just call. This level of service could not be bettered and I would recommend anyone to buy from this company. It is so easy these days to just go for the cheapest option but cheapest is not best. You get what you pay for and although I still got a very good deal I wanted AE Sewing Machines to have my little bit of business. Do not hesitate to contact this lovely company - I promise you will not be disappointed!
