Oct 18,2023It's been about 7 years 100% duty powering all of our 120v loads and emergency backup for the 240v. It's getting dated compared to some of the newer inverters coming out today but this thing runs everything all-day everyday. It starts the generator when the bank is low all on its on to charge the battery. I know there are clone and shadow brands but this thing has taken all types of abuse. Only thing I would do for any of there equipment is over size the DC cables.

Sep 30,2023If you are looking for an Inverter with metal cutting parts inside, look no further. AIMS inverters have Zero insurance quality and Zero Customer Service. Get a Renogy for cheaper or Giandel for 1/2 the price and the SAME thing. Do not spend money on this garbage, it takes less than 5 hours of use. I was at my Cabin when the inverter stopped working. Because your design has the fuses INSIDE the units, I decided to open the inverter to check the fuses (as you cannot fix them) and I saw the piece of wires inside the units that created the shortcut. If I didn't open I would not see the manufacturer's defects. I also found where this wire was cut from the ground welded wire to the plug's connector. They refuse to take their responsibility for a $300 unit. Be aware, maybe shake your inverter and listen for loose wires piece before using.

Sep 20,2023WILL my glf25w12v120oal run an amana side by side refregdarator. the invertor will full power my 40 ft motorhome satilite TV all lights but it wont run the fridg. the fridg only runs when pluged into shore or rv park or home power supply.

Apr 06,2023Due to user error, I had an issue with my AIMS inverter/charger. The tech support at AIMS was incredibly responsive and walked me through troubleshooting until I discovered the error on my end. I have emailed other companies for tech support and never received responses, AIMS was responding within minutes and repeatedly over a period of a few days until the problem was solved. Truly exceptional customer support from Sky McDermont, and the entire AIMS tech support team.
