Everything is working on my unit accept for the shore power charge function. I would really like to find out how I can get it repaired. Thank you again for all that you do. Your first rate support is why we have not gone to Victron.

Jan 30,2020AIMS Power 5000 Watt 12VDC to 120 VAC Modified Power Inverter I have been using this product for three years and must say it's met all my requirements. I use it to power my cottage with six 15 amp circuits. The front panel terminal block made it easy to connect to my transfer switch. It has worked well with inductive loads such as my log splitter and water pump. The only improvement I would recommend would be to add a wireless on/off switch.

Jan 30,2020Purchased a 12 volt 4000 watt Inverter in 2014, and have had no issues with it. Use it to run a freezer and small fridge in our travel trailer. Only issue was with Aims sales rep. I needed a 120 volt line Inverter and was told they were out of stock. Sold me a 240 volt and said it would work. When I called to ask how to wire 120 volt to a 240 volt Inverter, was told I had the wrong Inverter. Had to ship it back at my expense to get the right unit. Other than that price is on the high end but well worth it. Great value for the price.

Jan 30,2020I have dealt with AIMS for about 11 years now. Their power inverters are the best on the market, hands down. For the price, they are an excellent value. Where they fall down, repeatedly, is in their customer service. It is the worst I have dealt with in America, only slightly better than a Chinese seller.They can be rude, show no concern for their customers and do not follow-up. HOWEVER...….. you seldom need to contact customer service, as the inverters are that good! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIER POWER INVERTERS TO ANYONE!

Jan 30,2020Well I bought a 4000 w inverter and 2X200 ah lithium batteries. when it came time to set it all up, I contacted their service dept, and I was promptly guided thru the setup of it all. I would recommend their products to anyone.

Jan 30,2020Lets see. I ordered a 6000 watt inverter and recieved a 4000 watt inverter. I PAID for a 6000 watt inverter. Not only did I recieve a smaller unit, it was a defective unit. As soon as I hooked it up to my 5hp motor ( a 6000 watt is rated for a 6hp motor ) it did it's best to weld the transformers together. I managed to shut the power down to the inverter before it burned my garage down. After many emails and phone calls I recieved the news that Aims Power no longer wanted me as a customer and to return the unit for a refund. I'm like fine, get my money back ( MINUS ALL SHIPPING ) and find something that actually works. Guess what, my refund was the price of a 4000 watt unit. I paid $1700 for a 6000 watt unit and recieved $1300 back. Do the math, I lost right around $700 dealing with Aims Power. Not to mention all the time I lost. Money can be replaced MY TIME CANNOT. Aims Power gets a ZERO ( 0 ) review. Nate This was Aims reply as follows: Reply from AIMS Power 3 hours ago We take all reviews seriously. AIMS Power has decided NOT to do business with this customer. Customer received correct product, verbally abused our staff and overloaded the inverter. We approved a return and made a exception to refund the customer. We have agreed to disagree. Correct product ???? What the hell are dreaming about ? I PAID FOR A 6000 WATT UNIT AND RECIEVED A 4000 WATT UNIT THAT WAS DEFECTIVE ! I was the one abused and taken to the cleaners. As for the refund they shorted me $400 bucks and I had to pay for shipping. You do the math. Nate
