Oct 11,2021I applied for an equity line. My info was not properly reviewed. I was not listened to. I have an 830 credit score, 3 paid properties, and owe NO debt. Was denied for lack of instalment loans, lack of auto note, and to many accounts with balance due. WTH?

Sep 09,2021The folks at Altra don't know the meaning of the phrase, "poor customer service." They continuously provide above average experiences in a friendly and knowledgeable way. It feels less like walking into a "bank" and more like walking into . . . "a neighborly institution that watches over my finances." I'd like to quickly recognize Tori English at the Tyler, TX branch. I coordinated with her during my inquiries on a loan, and my gosh, she just knows how to make something not seem like a meaningless transaction. It felt like I was talking to my therapist (if I had one), haha. Thanks, T! JD

Aug 27,2021Don’t trust them they will tell you one thing like you are a valued member just to turn there backs on you like a smack in the face. Was told they would take over my loan so all of them could be in one convenient spot to them just be told next day they are doing doing it. Take your business where you are valued not just a account or numbers on a piece of paper. Looking at switching all my loans and businesses to a diffrent bank that will accept me and not lie.

Aug 12,2021Working with people in establishment is great. The one concern is using the mobile application where there is a bug getting EStatements on iPhone. I reported issue two years back and chatted with customer support few times and so far no resolution other than it is known issue.

Jul 30,2021I lost my debit card on Saturday. I called the 1-800 number and cancelled it. The person I talked with was very helpful. I went to the branch office on Monday as instructed and had a new card in 10 minutes. The person at the Madison Street branch in Clarksville, Tn. was very helpful. Any experience with Altra has exceeded expectations. Altra is a great place for all of my banking needs. Thank you !!!!

I recently opened another account to store monies for an international trip in September 2022. It was so easy. It’s a great place to do business!
