I have been considering it for some time and have spoken with other brokers, but never felt comfortable enough with any of them to follow through with a purchase. Today I called AmFed and spoke with Michele. She was knowledgable, professional and very welcoming. I was immediately at ease. With no sales pressure at all, she simply helped educate me on their products and my options. It was an enjoyable call and buying experience.
