Aug 17,2024Great as always. Having a background in the Financial Service Industry I may have an edge on most folks looking to get into the precious metals investments sector. People must be careful whom they deal with in this business From my first contact with AmFed I knew that Nick and his staff were people that I would personally do all my own metals business with and who I could recommend, without hesitation to my own clients looking for a safe place to invest in Gold, Silver etc.

Aug 17,2024Above and beyond is the closest term I can relate to my experience with AmFed. Nick has gone WAY out of his way to get my gold IRA set up, funded, metal purchased and stored VERY quickly and efficiently, with NO hassle or overburdened, complicated paperwork. He gave me a great price on a quality product with no attempt to upsell me on collector coins. Further, he has personally responded to my barrage of inquiries (as a person new to a gold IRA), and provided ALL the information I needed and more. Lastly he referred me to an IRA custodian (CamaPlan) who has the same high level of personalized service that AmFed does. If you are looking at a gold IRA or personal purchase, you absolutely want to call AmFed!!

He answered my questions regarding getting precious metals into my IRA and explained the options, including some I had not considered. There was absolutely zero pressure to act and he gave me a call about once a month to see if I had more questions. When I decided to act he gave me all the details I needed, understood and accommodated my preferences and executed the transaction flawlessly.
