Sep 14,2024J'ai acheté trois caméras IP Annke C500 151DL. Deux d'entre elles ont la fonctionnalité FTP comme annoncé, mais la troisième manque cette fonctionnalité essentielle malgré le fait d'être identique. La fiche produit indique clairement que FTP est inclus. Lorsque j'ai contacté le support Annke, ils ont d'abord essayé de nier le problème. Après avoir fourni des preuves, ils ont admis qu'il y avait un problème, mais ont refusé de le résoudre. Le service après-vente a affirmé que le C500 ne prend pas en charge FTP et m'a suggéré d'acheter un modèle plus cher. Lorsque j'ai présenté leur propre liste de produits sur leur site web, qui indique clairement que FTP est inclus, ils ont affirmé que j'avais une version obsolète. J'ai fourni des preuves supplémentaires du modèle correct de la caméra, mais Annke a continué de refuser de remplacer la caméra défectueuse ou de mettre à jour le firmware. Ce comportement est inacceptable. Annke essaie clairement d'éviter d'honorer sa garantie et de forcer les clients à acheter des produits plus chers. Je vais signaler leurs actions aux autorités de protection des consommateurs.

Sep 14,2024I have buy 1 kit 5mp Poe in Germany with 3 years warranty. Then after 8 months I had a problem with 1 of the cameras (C500 cam). I have try to reset it with the costume help line and they told me that the camera was dead. Then I told them I buy it on December 2023 and they told me " we are sorry but warranty is just 6 months, so its finished because are on July". They are not honest. 3 years are 36 months not months. It was a disappointing performance from Annke costumer service.
