Sep 02,2024I ran into technical difficulties with my Annke NVR (caused by myself) Annke support was excellent and they guided me through the process to get my system up and running again. Not being technical minded there was times I felt like giving up but they encouraged me to see the process to the end. On another note I have had my equipment for approximately 4 years and I can't fault it in anyway.

Aug 27,2024Ho acquistato il kit telecamere ANNKE PoE con NVR , per un'azienda agricola. Sono veramente deluso perchè sono mesi di tentativi per farlo funzionare bene ma niente da fare!! (ho pure un tecnico bravo),abbiamo contatto l'assistenza annke ma non è servito a nulla il problema più grande è che non riesce a rilevare i movimenti di grossi trattori, anche se gli passa davanti ...poi però cade una folgia e notifica un movimento addirittura se un furgone rimane fermo per una nottata il sitema rileva ogni qualche minuto un movimento e invia le notifiche anche se è tutto fermo (pertanto in 1 notte ti ritrovi centinaia di notifiche false) ho dovuto installare altre telecamere di un'altra azienda cosi vedo le notifiche da queste e poi vado manualmente a controllare quelle annke (facendo cosi ho scoperto 2 furti) altrimenti con 6 telecamere annke il nulla!!! non ricomprerei maiii questo marchio e non lo consiglio assolutamente PESSIMO PESSIMO PESSIMOOOOO

Aug 21,2024Annke Vision has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Despite leaving a review on August 1st and receiving a response on August 4th, my issue has not been resolved and has only gotten worse. The company scheduled a remote session to access my DVR and system, but the only available times are between midnight and 5:00 AM, which is unacceptable. This problem has persisted for 9 months, and they haven’t even bothered to call and fix it. As I mentioned before, Annke Vision has no social media or online presence, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. If you're comfortable sharing your personal life with their company, proceed with caution. There have been thousands of illegal logins from China, Germany, Taiwan, and other parts of the world. Despite sharing all the necessary documents, they continue to claim their employees don't have access to your cameras. This is likely why they avoid fixing your issues—so they can maintain access to your home and business. Their repeated access to my security cameras feels like a breach of privacy, with no regard for customer convenience, especially for those of us in the U.S. who are expected to accommodate them at 3:30 AM. The lack of after-sales support, absence of a U.S. presence, and the deletion of email correspondence make this experience even more frustrating. Document everything if you decide to engage with them, as their support is unreliable and untrustworthy.
