Annke products allows to experiment with some security products at a reasonable cost. For the average Diyer the price point for their products allow me to experience the capabilities and limitations of this type of technology. Forgot my dvr password and the sent me 4 super codes and the second on worked and I was able to reset my cctv. Very helpful customer service.
Worked fine with my cameras for about a year and a half, then a software update means that it now won't accept a signal from three of my cameras. Its states compatibility, but its really not. Annke have not provided a technical solution (updates cannot be "re wound"), and now accept no responsibility. I expected better. Now in their trustpilot response they say updates to the ANNKE product are not done automatically, which is false, there is an Automatic update checkbox on the software that is pre-checked. My cameras meanwhile have the same software release as when they were bought and have not updated. They lie.
Best customer service I have ever experienced! I recently had a severe brain injury; so it was hard for me to get this setup and working. My Annke support guy was patient, understanding and worked with me for over a month to get everything working as it should. I’m incredibly grateful to them for going above and beyond what i would expect tech support to do. They’re tops!
Customer assistance went above and beyond to help me with my camera system. I ended up needing a new DVR which they sent a link that is compatible with the cameras that I already have. 10/10 would recommend

I am a total novice and beginner with all things called CCTV. But recent area circumstances dictated the purchasing of a premium surveillance system. I picked ANNKE at the very outset over all of its competition, because their customer support already then was clearly seen and ‘web-research-evidenced’ as being much superior. In short the sheer value of ANNKE's technical support compared to my hardware and accessory costs, greatly influenced my decision-making and purchasing process. Essentially my cost of the hardware paling in comparison to the value of the ANNKE customer service. My 4-week long all 'hard wired' system install involved a ANP800 NVR, a 6TB HHD, a NCD800 principal camera and (8) 4K Domes, besides Wallmount Brackets, Junction Boxes, Premium Ethernet Cabling, a 40-inch 4K TV Monitor, hidden cabling, all EMT tubing and a totally secure remote location for the NVR. During that time I posted about 20 requests for technical assistance and product compatibility Q&A from both the ANNKE help desk and key other ANNKE accessory suppliers. All of these were being handled and conducted to my total satisfaction and most important on a timely manner. I also elected in purchasing all of my primary hardware from ANNKE directly and not from other vendors or third party suppliers. It became glaringly clear from the outset that prices from the ANNKE website were considerably and in most cases more favorable. All of this said ANNKE successfully and diligently pulled me through the overall installation process and giving a total novice like me to now enjoying a top-of-the-line CCTV system.
Very nice support team also cameras have very high quality . When i had problems the answers were fast easy to understand and right.
No matter how big is the problem, I have always found support and satisfied with the solution offered from Annke.

Setup was very simple and the picture quality and clarity is astounding. I noticed it uses Hikvision firmware to run the camera which I consider one of the best control systems out there. Unfortunately the Synology NAS I am using to record the output does not have a dedicated driver for this camera yet, but that is easily overcome by using the RTSP connection and is no fault of ANNKE. The camera actually developed a fault after ten months of use so I wrote to Annke support and they responded immediately with some firmware updates and correctional advice. Unfortunately the update did not cure the fault so ANNKE sent me a brand new camera the very next day. I really have to say how great it is to have a genuine support team who help without fuss and then replace without an issue. I thoroughly recommend this camera and I have bought two more already.

Your customer service team was very helpful and knowledgeable and providing options to the root cause. Even though the communication delays due to time differences, I really appreciate their input and prompt response. The issue is eventually fixed and cameras are all not working. Thanks to their help.
