I bought the DVR for my analog QSee cameras. Set up was really easy & straightforward. Initially, my cameras showed off-line on my phone app, which turned out to be my fault. The help desk was courteous & prompt, & helped me fix it. I’m very happy with the purchase.

We had brilliant support forthcoming from two contacts at Annke. Lexi, who showed me the many ways to try, and revive an old, and very well used system, to Libby, for advice on a replacement, that will definitely be a huge improvement on the older system that has served us very well over the many years it has been installed. We are looking forward to installing the new system, and if it lasts as well as the older system, we shall be very satisfied. Many thanks to all involved.
I had an issue with get the NVR online so I contacted customer service and was given instructions on how to get it on line that was so simple system work perfect and P2P is working now great work guys I will be purchasing again soon .
Quick to respond, polite and very helpful and friendly in all aspects for sorting the problems I had with the recording system. Will not have any problem In contacting customer service again if any further problems occur with my security system.

Я простой обыватель и в вопросах установки видеонаблюдения, подключения видеорегистратора и т.д. не очень разбираюсь. Благодаря Вашей помощи мой знакомый решил мне помочь. Спасибо большое. Потом допишу, когда закончу полную установку.
A quick response with plenty of useful advice.
Invoices are sent without VAT number and no VAT is shown. someone could thing that this is done on purpose and Annke has a tax evasion program. After contacting the support I received my invoice within a couple of hours. The support platform is harresting me rating the support and giving feedback, this is just annoying. After reviewing the reply I am wondering why Annke is not sending correct invoices in the beginning? Annke should know how to write correct invoices.
