May 25,2024The customer service team are friendly and knowledgeable and get back to you fairly quickly but the software is clunky with phrases that are confusing so you spend a lot of time on to the support team!

May 17,2024Good product at a good price for my needs. High definition was not needed for my use, just to be able to view what was going on, when and who by. Cameras are a little limited on angle adjustment, but good enough. Customer service answered promptly when I fired a few questions at them.

May 17,2024Easy set up but poor quality I bought these cameras after my car was involved in a hit n run, the set up is extremely easy, however they are not much use as you cant read a numbwr plate from 20mtrs away. My work van has a big logo on the side and even that is not readable. Very very poor quality cameras.. after days of speaking to customer support, I was told these cameras would not pick up number plates clearly, etc, at over 2.5mtr and proceeded to try and sell me a £800 system. Absolute joke,

May 14,2024You need some more tools and people helping to costumers. You have very good system of cameras but your customer service is very slow everything need a lot of time in polish companies it is 3x faster . Best regards
