Bought 3 cameras from Annke, via Amazon. One camera had a bad picture, so contacted tech support. Tech support quickly replaced the camera and now my camera view is excellent. Great customer service.

One issue should be a training lesson. All used equipment should be checked to be in default mode such as my problem being not in infra mode. Second lesson was to be aware that annke sight would not work with MS edge. You came up with a program that works. These things cost me at least 48 hours of frustration and did not have to be, in the end it is all corrected so thanks for that.
The Live Chat was impressive with Ava Luo. The Team Viewer session was successful in solving issues.
C800 camera purchased from online review recommendation. The camera is ONVIF so it should work with all ONVIF systems. Annke support now tell me "while we strive to make our cameras widely compatible, we cannot guarantee full compatibility with third-party NVRs"; pretty useless telling me this now! After FIVE hours of trying different configurations i got the camera to work only at 720p over RSTP; i cannot get the motion detection to work. My other four cameras (not Annke) work perfectly and were simple to configure. Annke still maintain the item is not faulty and are trying to get me to purchase one of their NVR's!! The support team have strung me along for three weeks now with no resolution. Absolutely appalling. UPDATE: While its too late for me, others may like to check this site for compatibility: onvif.org conformant-products NOTE: Annke does NOT show up on any search!

My monitor was defective after a few weeks and could no longer be operated. Unfortunately, I didn't get the whole set replaced. That really annoys me because I had to buy a new set as the monitor (NVR) is not available to buy separately. So Annke forces you to buy a complete set if one component fails. Almost every customer gets angry. I have my reasons for needing a monitor for my cameras. In this respect, your solutions were not practical for me. However, you were not in a position to send me a replacement monitor. All you could have done was take a monitor from a new set. Even if it was "out of stock", there would certainly have been other options. The remaining cameras could certainly have been given to customers with whom one or both cameras were causing problems. But you are apparently too inflexible for such a solution.
My DVR wouldn’t boot and displayed a flashing red light near the power plug inside the housing. I submitted a support ticket on Friday and received a response on Saturday with troubleshooting steps to identify whether the power adapter or HDD had failed. Following the steps, I determined the power adapter was the issue and replaced it. The DVR now boots and is working properly. I appreciate the prompt and accurate assistance in resolving the problem quickly.
I recently lost my fiance (father of my children) in a car accident. Our camera system was set to his phone and after accident I didn't have access! Annke helped me so much and went step by step to help me get through the process and now I have access to my home to monitor through my own phone even when I'm away! They were very nice and helped me out so much!
