Feb 10,2025had a delivery and installation due on 7 feb.. they brought the dishwasher, but they couldnt work out how to remove the old 1 to fit it, so they said they would send the installation team. 2 guys turned up today did a great job tidied up after themselves

Feb 10,2025Ordered three freezers after assurances from salesman that they would be delivered within 2 days. Arrived after 5 days, in the end, but Customer Services agreed this was unacceptable and provided a modest refund. These things happen sometimes, but Appliances Direct were good about making amends. I will use them again.

Feb 10,2025Ordered a refurbished washing machine after 10 days wait machine arrived, but first wash water was pouring out the bottom of the machine, rang helpline when I finally got someone they asked me to stay on the line then cut me off.
