I dealt with Shyama who expertly guided me through the whole process, offering very helpful advice at each stage. She was patient with me when I had to change the dates, responding quickly and efficiently at each stage. Our visit to Cuba is not for a few months yet but I am confident that it is going to be a great experience. Based on how things have gone so far, I would highly recommend Love Cuba.

I'm very pleased I made contact with Love Cuba as it has proved to be a much more affordable trip that way than if I'd tried putting it together myself. Cuba is not your average holiday destination, and as such, it is important to get someone with an in depth knowledge and experience of the island in order to get the best experience. Apr 11,2025I booked our honeymoon through Love Cuba, a year before our planned trip in March 2025. From the start Laura, who I dealt with throughout, was knowledgeable, friendly and happy to advise on places we wanted to visit and the best places to stay. We wanted to experience 'real' Cuba, not just arrive in Havana for a couple of nights and then do Varadero - as sadly so many people do, and they miss out on seeing actual Cuba, meeting real people, and seeing stunning parts of this island. Now that we are home, we realise just how much Love Cuba did for us - every journey was a private pick up and/or transfer. We had someone we could speak to in every place we visited (Havana, Vinales, Trinidad, Varadero) - which was very useful as the country had a power outage for several days while we were there. We knew with certainty that our plans were OK because we were with Love Cuba. On some of our transfers the journey was long (Cuban roads are not good!) and each time we wondered why we were doing this long hike across the island - BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT, every time. We loved all the places we stayed, the people we met, the experiences we enjoyed from climbing down a mountain gorge to a waterfall, a drive along the Malecon at Sunset in Havana, a day's tour of Vinales seeing the mountains, caves, tobacco farms and stunning scenery, and finishing our honeymoon in Varadero at a beach resort - everything had been thought of. They also made sure the places we stayed knew we were on honeymoon, and we had a variety of treats from 'bubbly' in our room at 2 places, to a special dinner with lobster at our resort hotel, and towels made into pretty shapes with real flowers in our room. The biggest thing for me was having the security of Love Cuba 'having our backs' and making sure we were having a great time. We met 3 reps in person, and in Trinidad they were represented by the driver who accompanied us on a brilliant day long tour of the area in the car and on foot. Cuba is amazing, it's an adventure. It's not luxury and we knew that, because of Love Cuba. The people in Cuba could not have been more friendly everywhere we stayed - they need tourists to go. So do go, but go with Love Cuba. I think if we hadn't done that, we wouldn't have loved Cuba. Highly recommend this company - have never had service, organisation, friendliness and professionalism of this level when travelling at any other time in our lives. It was seamless. Laura and Love Cuba we are so grateful for the most memorable honeymoon - you got our vision just right.

We were probably speaking for 15 to 20 minutes organising my holiday to Cuba and at no time did I feel rushed nor being pushed into something I didn’t want . It was a very pleasant experience!
