Feb 06,2025In a nutshell - ordered a fridge it was delivered upon inspection one of the feet would not tighten so couldn’t get fridge to balance. We received a replacement however the delivery company (ArrowXL) refused to take the faulty fridge as they hadn't received an order to do so! From then on it became a nightmare drivers from ArrowXL TURNED UP AND REFUSED TO CARRY THE FRIDGE DOWNSTAIRS AS IT WAS AGAINST THERE HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY! Eventually on the 13th of January ArrowXL SENT 3 men and a trolly to pick up the fridge. At last! however Appliances direct are now threatening us with further action as they say we haven’t returned the fridge! We are being pursued by someone called Mark, email after email despite us sending the information that clearly states that the collection had taken place on the 13th of January. I have tried to speak to someone higher up than Mark but to no avail! This is having a detrimental effect on our wellbeing and we just want someone with some authority at Appliances direct to contact us so that this can be resolved ASAP!

Feb 06,2025The delivery slot was way not what I was expecting, the delivery company should have been informed it was a buisness address where it was going I had to speak with the delivery company in great length to persuade them to get there earlier than the 1900 that they say could have been the time, Can this be asked at the point of ordering as I am a buisness not a domestic customer Stuart Ward
