I paid for the old washing machine to be taken away and the new one to be installed and when it was delivered the courier said he couldn’t do either of these jobs . This company was quick enough to take my money …. Days later still NO REFUND 😡

Feb 05,2025When I ordered a new extractor at the end of November the indicated delivery date was mid December. It eventusally arrived at the end of January. The indicated delivery date shown on the website kept being extended but I received no other communication about this or explanation for the continuing delay.
