Feb 04,2025We recently purchased a DeLonghi portable radiator, model HSX 2320, to boost the heating in our lounge. It's a neat design but in our view two things could be improved: the instructions state that it should not be used with an extension lead, however the lead provided is only 1.7m long and it doesn't reach any plugs in order to have the heater in the middle of the room. Also, the controls are on the bottom of the side panel and are difficult to see / access if you are elderly. It would be better if they were on the top. Otherwise it's fine.

Feb 03,2025I paid extra for next day delivery. My washing machine was delayed for some reason in its trip to the delivery company. I rang and was told they could give me a new delivery date until it had been scanned in at the delivery company. The Appliances Direct tracking told me it had already been delivered. I asked for a refund of the next day delivery charge and was initially offered half, before then getting a full refund after insisting. Eventually I got a link from the delivery company to rebook a delivery date. The link did not work, it gave me no option to rebook and I had to use the chatbot on the delivery company website ( no apparent option to call). I ordered next day on Monday and eventually got delivery on the Saturday. Big pile of washing!
