Despite it being intact, unopened, and totally willing to shoulder the courier fee. Such a shame, Update: 5th Feb 2025 - thanks for the reply. I have waited all day but received no call. Feb 04,2025Had to give a mid range rating as although my experience of ordering and delivery was faultless I was very upset to find that the oven cable did not have a plug top fitted. Surely this is unusual as recently purchased washing machine and dishwasher had them ready to plug in. Fortunately a friend was an electrician and fitted the plug for me.

Feb 04,2025Paid extra for delivery of Fridge Freezer on Christmas Eve. 5 times over more than a month the company failed to deliver before telling me they no longer had the item! Complete waste of my time and LOSS of £200 (cashback timed out). Plus no freezer over Christmas holiday! In contrast ordered white good from AO on the Friday and arrived following Tuesday. Lesson learned.

Appliances Direct called us after we placed the order to check that the ordering process went OK and that we were able to get our first choice microwave which we had.
