Insurance companies are generally notorious for being slow and difficult to deal with, but kudos to Bee Phungpila from the April Customer Service Team in HK who was not only very responsive, but was also able to resolve an outstanding claim issue for me in no time. Thanks for making things so easy between your phone app and a team who seems to care!

Her problem solving capability is terrific and efficient. She handles the cases with reasonable grounds and replies clients in a gentle way. I went to their office in Bangkok and dropped off the hard copy of my dental receipt. The staff are very nice. They are polite, and they take care of me so quickly with respect. They did their job so well. Especially Khun Pink, she's the one I talked to. Kob koon maak ka and to the entire staff of April International.
I met with Mickey a few days ago in the office. He was very helpful and fast respond answered all my questions concerning my claim, and also informed me that the claim has been approved and paid. Excellent customer service. Mickey was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me till the end of the process.

Cela fait des mois que je leur demande d'associer la mutuelle que j'ai chez eux à mon compte assurance maladie. Aujourd'hui j'ai appelé le service 24/7 vers 18h30 et on me dit que c'est HDI, que ce n'est pas April. (Pourtant la machine a répondu : "Bienvenue chez April International...") En pharmacie je n'ai pas aucune façon de prouver que j'ai une mutuelle April et les conseillers me disent "Il faut attendre." Et oui, j'attends depuis 8 mois. À fuir.
Kelvin who pick up my enquiry call from Hotline was patient and understand my concern on the rejected case. His follow up is good that I got a reply few days later even my claim was rejected again. I wrote an reply again with my reasons and understand from the medical policy. I recieived an reply with the exceptional approval due to my special case even which is not covered by the dental policy two days later. I am appreciated the flexibility and the consideration for my claim.

I have been using Global Health ( APRIL International) for more than 10 years and overall have been very satisfied with their service. The exception has been this past year. I had time consuming and frustrating problems with access to my account on their website, reimbursement issues and customer service follow-up. I have to believe there was either a change of management/admin or change of customer service personnel or systems change or combination of all three. Without going into detail, I am happy to now say that their usual professional customer service is back on track and for that I would like to thank Kelvin Lung and Hue Pham (HK Office) for their concerted efforts to resolve issues as quickly as possible and in keeping me updated with status. It is appreciated when issues are followed up on by the same person. I note that with the change in website one can only see claims going back 6 months. All claims should be readily available for members to have access to. In the past members claims on Global Health website went back years.
As someone that has used international insurances for a while, I am confident to say that April is a really reliable partner. The time they need to process a claim is good, and the staff is always happy to support you, whenever you have a question.

Claim process is very easy and user friendly. Time taken to respond to the claims are also fast and efficient. The customer service team took some time to respond to email query but they are friendly and helpful.

I signed up for April International when I moved abroad to Norway and needed health insurance - I’ve been with them for just over 3 years now and the service has been incredible. I’m extremely satisfied with my insurance plan and whenever I’ve had any queries, they’ve been super fast to respond and nearly always have a solution to any problems I have. I’m extremely grateful to them and plan to continue using their services for many years to come!
