Prise en charge pitoyable. Cela fait plus de deux mois que j’attends des remboursements pour des consultations. J’ai appelé le service client, une dizaine de fois avec à chaque fois 45 minutes d’attente. J’ai envoyé une quinzaine d’e-mail, je n’ai jamais eu de retour de leur part. Tout ce que le service client sait me dire, c’est qu’ils ont laissé une note dans mon dossier et que je serai recontacté sous peu. J’ai demandé il y a trois semaines, une résiliation de mon contrat, pas non plus de retour de leur part par rapport à ça. Je suis profondément déçu de la manière dont ils traitent leurs clients, sachant que je paye plus de 1500 euros de mutuelle par an. Je suis toujours en attente des huit personnes du service client qui m’ont dit que j’allais être recontacté. C’est quand vous voulez. Pour ce qui est de l’équipe commerciale, qui vient vous démarcher, et vous vendre leur service, là ils ont mis des pros, des champions pour vous faire signer. Par contre, au niveau du service client et remboursement, là ils ont mis les fonds de tiroir qui ne répondent jamais. Bref, je ne les recommande absolument pas. Passez votre chemin, vous économiserez du temps et de l’argent.
I cannot say enough great things about April. I have had several different providers in the past, so I feel I can speak 'from experience". The customer service is very professional and answers queries and questions promptly. The coverage has been outstanding and I felt supported on every issue I have had.

Some friendly people on the phone but then that´s it. Takes MONTHS to get a response, let alone a reply Refuse ALL CLAIMS and instantly refer/forward to CPAM by snailmail. Then why pay them nearly 200€ per month? And they continue to invoice you after you´ver terminated the contract The amount of money I´ve lost on this company is only beaten by the time I lost trying to contact them by phone or email. Do NOT sign up with them.

A sudden and unexpected medical diagnosis threw us in complete disarray. April was has been with us every step of the way supporting all the immediate medical needs that have been required. It is hard enough dealing with our current medical situation and having April shepherding us through the administrative burden has been invaluable.
Unterirdischer Service! Schicken den gleichen Brief 2x nach Thailand, da bleibt das Geld, so was von dämlich! Jedes Jahr erneut die Abbuchung eingestellt, obwohl dazu schriftl. aufgefordert. Soll jetzt per Visa nachbezahlen werden. Die genauen Daten habe ich von april angefordert. Unfassbar, die Email-Adresse ist nicht existent. In den ganzen bunten Websites keine Kontaktdaten zu finden. Ende der Fahnenstange. Wohl zu viel Revolution in Frankreich. Jetzt kommt noch hinzu das Trustpilot diese Info löschen will. Der Kommentar gefällt wohl nicht. Bis heute keine Nachricht von APRIL erhalten, der LAden hat es einfach nicht nötig.
Very understanding to the clients' needs
I have been using April International for the last 4.5 years (with a year off) - overall, their platform and responsiveness has been great. I had an issue regarding the refund of a hospitalisation, where their customer service (onshore and offshore) could have been better, but other than that, they paid back quickly, and the innovation to have a card for the expenses under 200 EUR is really convenient and customer-centric, so thank you for taking care and listening your customers.

Jul 26,2023The EasyClaims app works great (with no tech issue so far). Very easy to submit and track a claim (compared to other service providers). The customer service responds very swiftly on any claim issue/query.
