April International are a pleasure to deal with. Staff are helpful and responsive to client queries. I'd like to recommend Joanne Fu in particular who is an absolute pleasure to deal with, always very willing to assist with escalations and very concise in her explanations. I can recommend April with confidence to my clients.

the claims process via mobile app is quite fast and fuss-free, insurance coverage is very comprehensive and customer service team is very responsive.

Petit retour d'experience :). Expatriée pour quelques annees, j'ai souscrit a une assurance internationale chez april international en complement de la CFE. Cotisation a 115€/ mois. Passée a 125 puis plus de 130€/mois en seulement quelques mois. Augmentation de +10% donc et aucun mail d'info. Pour ce prix, on s'attends quand meme a un minimum de qualité de service, mais on en est loin. Pour avoir des renseignements et souscrire, vous aurez affaire a des personnes tres reactives. Une fois souscrit, plus de reponse aux emails quand on pose des questions. Quand on les contacte par telephone pour une question on nous redirige par...email (la bonne blague). Pour les remboursements comptez un delai de 1 mois pour vous faire rembourser a chaque fois. J'ai egalement changé de rib en cours de route, confirmation d'un conseiller par mail pour son enregistrement puis prelevement le mois d'apres donc tout etait bon. Mais pour le mois suivant, j'ai eu la bonne surprise de recevoir des lettres d'impayés. Seul point positif, le service de teleconsultation bien pratique (et encore, pour un service dedié a des clients a l'INTERNATIONAL j'ai du me rendre 3x en pharmacie car on m'a donné des ordonnances pour des medicaments qui n'existent pas dans le pays où je suis). Je n'ai pas de retour a faire pour toute hospitalisation mais c'est vraiment inquietant, j'espere ne pas avoir besoin d'eux un jour vu leur reactivité. Si vous hesitez entre cette entreprise et une autre ne vous aventurez pas avec eux... Mon conjoint est dailleurs chez mondassur et tout va bien, pour 30% moins cher.

Worst travel insurance I ever had. The app is nt working like it should. Customer service is basically not existing. I am still waiting for a proper helpful answer, waiting already 3 months to solve a problem. Get another insurance!

Excellent All Rounder, from sales, claims to backroom support! Without the best ingredients, the best chef in the world would not be able to create the heartiest dish. Without the best people in the company, the company will not be able to perform as well as it desires to be. April International, Singapore has it all! Keep it up!

Instead of treating every customer like a number, just by following a rule book, APRIL International staffs are willing to listen to their customers, trying to understand their circumstances when it comes to processing pre-authorisation requests and reimbursing claims.
