I am satisfied with the service of April International and they are responsive in emails. I had a problem with my claim because the receiving bank I initially nominated was apparently not accepting international fund transfers. I only learned about this when I was looking for my reimbursement. The customer service team from April was responsive and provided me with the necessary information when I tried to trace the transaction. I was able to receive the funds within 3 days after I nominated another bank to receive the amount. Kudos to Mia for being responsive and helping me on this matter.

Premium package, cela prend en charge tous les soins sans soucis.... La pire prestation que j'ai jamais eu, à éviter. Au dela de faire trainer les remboursements en demandant des documents complémentaires, ils tendent clairement d'éviter de rembourser les soins. Dès qu'il s'agit d'une consultation, si il y a des actes médicaux, ils refusent et demandent d'autres documents systématiquement. Penchez vous sur une autre assurance, elle ne vaut vraiment pas le coup, même en premium.
Worst experience ever. If you are ready to spend your time to submit and re submit document and justify the reason why you went to see a specialist after an energy room session, it's the right insurance. Don't take it; I took 1 year and will definitely choose for another one.
Excellent service, quick processing of claims and very helpful staff, in my case Thomas Mouland & AnneMarie Watts have been very good with their speed of communications and answering any questions I may have. For ongoing claims for the same treatment, the process is very easy and no need for submission of repetitive claim forms, just reference to the original claim no once yearly.
Overall the experience with April Insurance has been really really good. I've only recently had once not so good experience where I was requested for additional information from a receipt which is directly related to the hospital services and not me even though I had obtained a pre-approval for my claim. To make it short, I would expect April Insurance to immediately clarify with the parties responsible and not let me wait until I pushed. Other than that, I feel they are very professional, quick and friendly to work with.
We had a pretty stressful health issue for our daughter in Hongkong, April has been great and very reactive in regards to the situation we felt very well supported and grateful for the swift and efficient answers. Special kudos to Jasmine Chan for her professionalism and people skills

The whole team that I interacted with were very responsive and empathetic. They really went above and beyond to understand my situation and provided a timely, pragmatic and very much appreciated solution. April and the team authentically delivered great customer service and customer experience. Insurance companies help people in times of need and so are a force for good but people often criticise insurers especially when it comes to claims. April have demonstrated to me that the claims experience can be a good one and as such proudly represent the insurance industry doing the right things, in the right way, with the right people. Kudos to April and the whole team in Hong Kong 👏👏
