La situation n'évolue pas.... Multiples échanges par mail, on ne répond pas à mes questions, on ne me rembourse pas, me demande des documents que j'ai déjà envoyés, c'est une catastrophe. Je voyage souvent, la prochaine fois, je ne ferai pas appel à votre service médiocre.
Hello, I have sent April International various emails about maternity care approval. I have also called and every day they have said, you should receive a response today. It has been over 10 days. No response, no approval, no guidance.
Bien qu'offrant de bonnes garanties à un prix interessant, il s'agit d'une des pires assurance expatrié sur le marché. Délais de traitement des demandes de plus de 3 mois, service client injoignable, hopitaux refusant le paiement direct à cause de la mauvaise réputation d'April, et j'en passe. Je suis depuis quelque jour passé chez un assureur bien connu, et quel incroyable changement de niveau de professionalisme.
Reimbursing submitted receipts is a nightmare. I've never experienced an insurance company that takes between 6 weeks and 3 months to reimburse something. there is almost no correspondence. Emails or letters are simply not answered. you never know whether the submitted receipts are being processed or whether the whole office is in a deep sleep.
Pas de news depuis des semaines… 4contrats depuis quelques années sans vraiment avoir de soucis de santé. Pas de problèmes avec eux. J ai été chez le médecin 2 fois et une fois ma fille et depuis on me traite comme une pestiférée a qui on ne répond plus aux e-mails….De plus ils ne me paye pas les factures alors que mon contrat le stipule. Au téléphone on m’a pourtant confirmé que mes frais seraient prit en charge….Et non pas du tout on m’a répondu sèchement par e-mail et depuis plus rien. Hyper décevant et honteux! Je commence à regarder ailleurs pour m’assurer!
After living abroad for over 15 years, this was the worst insurance experience I have ever had. The claiming process is terrible. They have a phone app for claiming, but after you submit the documents there, they ask for original paper documents to be MAILED to their offices otherwise you can not claim! And when I ask why, they told me it's Thailand regulation, but in fact, no other insurance ever asked us for original documents since they have direct access to all medical information in the hospital. (besides the fact that upon signing up for the plan I was told that it's a direct billing with this specific hospital). I would not recommend it all.
Cheerful and helpful as always. April's team is nice and always helping out on the case in a human ways. We will keep using the service.

A éviter absolument. Commerciale ultra présente lors du devis, signature via un numéro de téléphone apriori ?? Zéro contrat reçu donc imperceptible, ma banque avait refusé leur assurance qu'ils ont engagé quand même !! La commerciale a complètement disparu évidemment ! Une honte absolue.
Excellent experience working with APRIL to arrange my 3 year old son's surgery. Whilst his treatment was initially declined due to the two doctor's poorly written referral letters, I was given over the phone advice of which specialist to see next and the information needed for the surgery to be covered. I very much felt that April supported me throughout this process, far more than the actual doctors that we saw for my son's condition.
After months of being their client, the company gave me a negative differential treatment, to push me to take a more expensive plan. The result? Lost client and several negative reviews on the web.
I made a request for an updated insurance certificate and was informed by customer services that a member of staff would contact me the same day. This was a time-sensitive request, but I was assured that the matter was being dealt with as a priority. Despite several follow-up calls and emails, no contact was received and the deadline elapsed. Extremely disappointing!
Au bout d'un mois, APRIL m'a viré car j'ai eu trop de dépense de santé , et que je leur coutai trop cher ! à Fuire.
Je suis encore dans l'attente d'un remboursement pour des soins optiques datant d'Août 2021. Nous sommes fin janvier 2022, j'ai envoyé quatre emails et à chaque fois on me répond comme si c'était mon premier email. Je paie 300€/mois par un service quasi inexistant. Par contre aucun retard sur le prélèvement des mensualités.
Si il ne vous arrive jamais rien , que vous n'étes jamais malade, cette assurance est parfaite pour vous, sinon choisisez une autre assurance. Les bons commentaires ne sont surement pas écrit par des adherents mais par des Trolls
The worst service ever… stay away! Their insurance actually works until you have real health problems. And then they just stop reimbursing you, your providers are not paid and they ask you for reimbursement for items that are covered in their plan documentation. I am talking about Thousands and Thousands of dollars. STAY SAFE & STAY AWAY!!! It is really the worst experience I had with an insurance. AH

He took necessary steps to follow the company policy to handle my requests and listened to my needs. Even though there were challenges, he followed up closely on my case and took an extra step to raise internal discussions so that the claim could go through at the end. Thanks for being thoughtful and helpful in the process!
