Brilliant service after opening a shower tray delivered the week before (by a great lad who drove up from Worcester to Stockport) and finding it was damaged. The girls on the phone could not have been more helpful after telling them of my issue, I made my call at 0900 on the Wednesday and had a replacement tray by 0900 the day after. Saved the day!

I took delivery of shower door from Aqualux, via Screwfix - only to find that I had got the size wrong - No quibbles, service superior, return & refund arranged within an hour of my call to screwfix. Well pleased with the service, will use them again, only sorry that - for this demand- Aqualux don't supply the size i need. Thank you

I have been looking for an old part to fix my Aqualux shower for a long time with no luck. I called Aqualux directly and spoke to customer service who were so helpful. Within a few minutes they had found exactly what I needed. Brilliant service!
I spoke to Dean this morning about how I’d come stuck fitting a enclosure, he explained where I was going wrong and sent me fitting instructions and I was able to complete the fitting easily, I couldn’t have done it with out his help, I’m very grateful

I purchased a quadrant shower enclosure from Homebase. The delivery was slightly delayed but Homebase kept me completely informed of its progress. I received a call direct from Aqualux themselves following the delivery just to ensure that I was in receipt. Overall a very positive customer experience and would recommend buying from them.
Scam. Pay go thru but already waiting 2 week for delivery. Customer service not responding at all.

Brought shower screen from homebase . Top Mark's for quailty and lovely finsh. Found some parts not in box. Emailed aqualux and asked for help. Given me all deatils of missing parts and can now move forward with fixing shower screen up. 5 star service. Will use company again as house maintained is part of what I do. Happy days. Thanks kev

Excellent service. I had a shower door which had a defective small part and as part wasn’t available as a spare part, Richard arranged for a replacement to be delivered. As we are in the Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides, he warned it might take a 4-5 days to arrive. The door arrived this morning within 48 hours! Thank you Richard. Gold star service.
What super service,the shower enclosure arrived and the driver was suitably masked up and he offered to take it up to the room where it was being fitted. The quality of the packing was fantastic also fast delivery . Would highly recommend this company great value for the money.

Dec 22,2020I had installed a good shower exclosure that had lasted well. I sadly had a hunge fitting that had broken and I naively went online myself to their site and ordered a part. Sadly the part was not the exact same so I decided to contact customer services- thats where the problems began. Two weeks after I had contacted customer services email address I decided to call directly, I was directed to customer service. I was told to email with the glass code and other details on the product as well as a picture of the piece required to be replaced. Two weeks after this, a second sales associate contacts me asking for the details which i resend. December comes around and I still have had no shower door for the last three months. Im finally contacted by the original sales associate and told that I definately ordered the wrong part and they would send the replacement for it once ordered. At this point Im quite irate as the sales associate obviously has little to no interest in actually assisting me, but I deal with it. Order the part expecting the end of the saga. I recieve the replacement recommended to me...and its still the wrong part. The exact same shaped part as I had originally ordered. One could imagine how annoyed I am. My shower enclouse has not had a door since mid september. I feel I am getting nowhere and the team doesnt even seem to know their own products. Hopefully this story ends well but at this time, im annoyed over the amount of time and money I have spent trying to deal with this in the middle of a pandemic.
