Dec 31,2021I needed a fittings pack for a 4 panel bath screen. I phoned and the helpful adviser said e-mail me the details and your receipt and I will get that off in the post to you today. I duly did this and the fittings pack was sent out the same day. It arrived promptly despite it being the Xmas period. First class customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Dec 30,2021Having very little information regarding a shower unit in my property other than it came from B&Q, after contacting them they advised I contacted Aqualux to enquire about obtaining spare parts. I sent an email with photos and limited information and received an instant response, with possible solutions. It is refreshing in this day and age to receive such excellent customer service. I wish all companies were like this. 10/10. Thank you.

Aqualux responded straight away to my phone call, keeping me up to date with phone calls and emails offering help and suggestions within 24 hours. Amazing. It helpfully allows me to obtain spare parts that I wasn't sure even existed. Nov 18,2021Had a small problem with a new shower installation-the Crome caps covering two interior screws went AWOL trying to escape down the plug hole! Sent an email to Aqualux and got an immediate response. Replacements in the post the next day. Problem solved and 5 stars to all.

Nov 16,2021I purchased their glass panel (9903p) from Screwfix. It comes with 12-Year Guarantee. It got burst within 7 days. I contacted them regarding for 12-Year Guarantee. All they can respond with is "It is not covered by T&C". When asked for terms and conditions, they have refused to provide it. Even Screwfix doesn't know what the T&C are. Update: Please do read their reply "How much knocks/scraps can a glass get in ***7 DAYS***? without any use" "The characteristics of glass are that it potentially can shatter for a number of reasons including: knocks or scrapes, fissures made by any earlier knocks or scrapes, any pressure over time"

Nov 12,2021Found an issue with the waste drain when coming to fit, the cover for the drain was out of shape, sent an email explaining and within 12 hours all was sorted, what an excellent response, you don't get this sort of service very often, top quality thank you.

Nov 11,2021Two centre plastic hinges failed on my bifold shower enclosure and I searched the Internet for a replacement part to no avail. I contacted Aqualux who couldn't have been more helpful. The failed parts were not available as spares due to being an integral part of the manufacturing process (that particular product line is also discontinued). I thought that's where the conversation would end, but no... Today, I received a full replacement enclosure under warranty and I'd like to thank both Faith and Richard for their excellent customer service and would recommend Aqualux to anyone.

Oct 08,2021Great Company to deal with and manufacturers of quality shower screens. I bought an 8mm quarter panel and shower screen about 10 years ago and the chrome still looks like new. The seals were tarnished so I decided to replace them and dismantle the screen to clean and refurbish it. I couldn't get the right parts until I spoke to AL customer service. The main problem was finding the right parts. I was at a loss until I spoke to Hannah at their office and she found out the right part for the screen I had. Thanks Aqualisa and a big thanks to Hannah.

Oct 04,2021I have just purchased and installed the AQX Edge6 Pivot Silver Clear 900mm shower enclosure. I found it very straightforward, and I am very pleased with it. My only comment is that the small “lugs” to cover the handle screws are not easy to remove once installed. I realised I had not tightened the handle sufficiently, and the only option was to pull the cover out using a small screw. I contacted Aqualux this morning to ask if it would it be possible to be sent a replacement, so that my enclosure can look in prestige condition. They replied within 30 minutes and the parts are being sent to me today. Superb service all round and a great product.

Oct 01,2021Fantastic support ! I brought a shower many years ago, I didn’t know the brand or model just a hunch from the eBay seller that it was Aqua??? I contacted Aqualux and sent a few pictures to Richard and he contacted me straight away. Within in the a couple of days of communicating Richard found the shower from a discontinued range and pointed me to the spare parts I needed which arrived very quickly. Great customer service and patience sifting through legacy product to help, Thankyou

Jan 18,2022I was looking for replacement seals for a shower.I did not have the relevant part numbers.I contacted Aqualux who informed me where the shower type number was located on the glass.With this info they were able to give me list of parts I needed to order.The 3 e-mails I sent were all answered within hours.I have now ordered all parts.Very quick, job done thanks to the Aqualux team.Many thanks jim.
