Bought an 800mm bi-fold Aqualux ShinE 6 to replace a cheap bi-fold that I had bought from VictoriaPlum. What a difference. The Victoria version looked cheap and nasty and lasted less than 4 years before the rollers broke. The Aqualux looks and feels like a quality item. Had a small problem with a seal on the door. Contacted Aqualux and a replacement was shipped immediately without any problems. Brilliant service, brilliant quality. I am happy to rate this company 10/10.
Fantastic level of service from Tanya. I had cause to contact the team after one of the handles on my shower enclosure was faulty. I asked for a replacement which was no problem at all. My initial email was answered in minutes with Tanya offering a n image of a handle to check it was the correct one. It wasn’t but after supplying a photo he correct handle was ordered and is set for delivery. The level of service was excellent and couldn’t be improved. Well done!!!!! It makes a nice change to have a hassle free resolution to such an issue

I received a most helpful response from Aqualux customer services today when I enquired about instructions for one of their legacy products. The person I spoke with took the trouble to find out whether the information still existed in their archives and then found the person who would be able to access it. All done with a friendly voice, the minimum of fuss and time. This was such a contrast to the more common experience of other company customer service departments only being interested in products in their current range.
We had an ex display Aqualux shower screen that needed replacement rollers. It seemed to be hugely tricky to identify the replacement part as you need a code to be able to order them from the Aqualux website rather than being able to order them by description. However Faith managed to track some down for me so the screen is now fixed which is great!

Shower enclosure with sliding door purchased via Homebase. On installation, the door panel shattered in the plumbers hands. It had not been knocked. The plumber was cut on his arms and hands. I contacted Homebase who said to contact Aqualux directly. I was told that as “the glass had shattered in line with industry standards”, it was not covered by Aqualux! I was told to go back to Homebase who have told me the same thing. What am I supposed to do. I have no door for my shower? Update 27/01/21 the response from Aqualux is so disappointing. Richard from customer services was sympathetic but despite asking his manager no assistance was forthcoming. In regards to the 30 day warranty period, the fact that our build was stopped due to covid which was totally out of our control has not even been considered. The enclosure could not be fitted during that time so we would not have known that the door was substandard. Richard suggested that we could go back to Homebase who should be able to sell us another door. On looking at their website this is not possible. I have emailed them and am awaiting a response. It looked like we will have to replace the whole enclosure so that £370 down the drain.
Purchased a shower screen from B&Q that had a damaged part inside the box. Rather than take the item back I called up and spoke with aqualux. I couldn’t locate the product on the webpage due to invalid number on manual and luckily I spoke to a contact who found the correct manual and the part required. This was then posted to me foc once I sent proof of purchase and photo of damaged part. Very friendly and very helpful service as well as speedy turn around for replacement part.

A true test of a business is how they deal with problems. Ordered a shower and tray package, delivered within 5 days. However on checking the tray it was warped by 5 mm, would have been silly to fit it. Within an hour of contacting Homebase CustomerService Aqualux had emailed and within 48 hours the (perfect) replacement had arrived in deepest Cornwall. Have Just spoken to Richard Hunt regarding a spare part for my Aqualux shower, despite many visits to Homebase (the suppler) and visits on line to find a part for my shower, with no luck, this was all sorted by Richard in 15 minuets. Promote this guy, he is wasted in a call centre. T. Noonan
After an issue with a delay in delivery, Richard resolved the problem very quickly and professionally. He was polite on the phone and arranged a collection of the item promptly.
First class customer service, customer care and after sales service. We purchased a Steam Cabin from Aqualux many years ago and this company was more than pleased to help, advise and solve our issues after all this time. Now that is a sign of an excellent company who value their customer’s, old and new.
Had a problem securing guarantee, so I emailed Aqualux and the problem was dealt with immediately!! Very impressed!!

I was informed that they did not have the spare part in question and i was sent a new complete door. I would certainly buy from this company with full confidence in them. Thanks :-)
