Feb 22,2023I made a mistake & accidentally listed the wrong zip code for my shipping addresses. It took about 3-5 business days for them to correct said mistake. Everyone I dealt with in their customer service department was very pleasant to deal with. My only critique is that it would be nice to have the ability for them to give you a customer service phone number(even if they don’t openly list on the webpage & used strictly for when an issue needs to be escalated, since the practice of them telling you they will call you back, when you may/may not be available should your specific issue not be able to be resolved through either chat or FAQ’s, finding a resolution can be challenging. That said, overall my experience was very positive, & any issues were resolved within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely continue to frequently give my business to companies with god customer service.
