Aug 17,2023I placed an order on 08/07/23 and was set to be delivered on 08/10/23 as I had a marksmanship competition coming up the following weekend. The order was shipped through UPS and was lost in transit as soon as it reached my state. I spoke to several people at UPS and was told I had to file a claim (1 claim for every item in the order, there were 8 items) so I did so. UPS told me it would be 8-15 business days before they could resolve the issue and that I had to reach out to the distributor (AR15 discounts) and request a replacement or refund to the order. I sent several emails and tried to use their callback request form and have heard nothing from them. It has now been over 1 week and still no response or update on my order. Long story short, I missed my competition and lost out on the money I had spent in preparation for the competition and the money I had spent through their website on the items I purchased. As a consumer, I’m displeased all around. You shouldn’t have to do anything but order, pay, and receive your items. Not call, email and be on the phone with several people and send several emails trying to fix someone else’s errors only to get no response. Ultimately, I would not order from this company again. It was my first order through them and will be my last as customer service is everything and there was zero customer service on my end.

Jul 05,2023I've made MULTIPLE orders from AR15DISCOUNTS and each time I've been completely pleased. They do run out of stock on items, but it's because they offer good prices on stuff everyone seems to want! Some complain about orders being canceled due to fraud alerts - well, this is done by a third party company and it's designed to protect all of us! I've never had an issue with them and can only rave about the good people I've dealt with and the good quality parts I've received. Don't think twice about using them or shopping at AR15DISCOUNTS.com!

Jun 22,2023Attempting to purchase from these guys has been a nightmare. First, I purchase an item. Ok, I think, cool, I pay them money, they send me what I bought, we're good. Then 4 days later they cancel my order and refund the money. No explanation. Was the item actually sold out, was there something wrong with my card? No idea. I try to use the chatbox, all their support articles tout it. It doesn't work, there's a button, but it doesn't link to anywhere. I click on the "Have you call me," and it says it'll take at least one day. Well, it's been more than a couple, still no call. I find a forum article with their number, call multiple times throughout the day, no one picks up. Finally get in touch with them through email. They say there was a fraud alert, they canceled my order. They don't know how or why their service, NoFraud, alerted, only that it did, and I need to try again. Also, they said that NoFraud had already called/emailed me, which they most certainly did not. So, I purchased again on a different browser, different phone number, anything to make it work. Two days later, I'm scrolling through my old emails, see a simple email called, "alert." The kinda email that looks like a scam, and would go directly to junk mail. Says I need to manually confirm I'm a real person, click here. Ok? Two days later, checking my emails again, see another suspicious email, "alert. Additional Verification Required." NoFraud wants a picture of my drivers license and credit card. You know, the things that scammers want, and want me to upload a picture. If I hadn't closely been following this, and knew about this NoFraud crap, I would have rightly assumed this was a scammer. How hard is it to just give you my money? I'm just trying to purchase something from you, how many hoops do I need? I'm expecting a notarized attestation confirming my blood sample and dna swabs are legitimate next, signed in triplicate.

Jun 06,2023I spent a lot of money and one of the parts they sent me didn’t fit the stock it was supposed to fit. They gave me a hard time about returning it, wanted pictures etc. after spending $1200 they have me a hard time about a $26 part! Never GOING back ! So they sold me a unit that was supposed to be compatible with another part I ordered. They’re NOT compatible and don’t Fit so I don’t care if it’s over 30 days. You LIED and now I’m out a stock that doesn’t fit! I will eat the $26 but you’re deceiving people . I didn’t open it fir a while because I was ordered parts every few weeks till I completed my build. Either way you should be more honest

May 16,2023AD819967 I ordered KAK-45ACP-BCG (tungsten weighted bolt), but they substituted a KAK-45-BCG-BLK-WGHT (steel weighted bolt) in its place with out asking me. Its a much lower cost item and will not work for me. They contacted me this morning AFTER they edited their own website. Saying it was me who made the mistake. Lucky I screen shot the original web ad description for the chat lady. Update: They finally found their mistake and sent a return label and refunded my money. Huge amount of frustration, but they apologized and tried to do the right thing after going back and forth a bit.

Mar 31,2023I ordered parts and the shipping was fast but to the wrong location. They stated that it was delivered but the tracking number clearly stated that it was not delivered to my town. I contacted their shipping service twice. The first time the shipping service admitted that it didn't get delivered to me. I asked AR15D to help with their preferred shipping vendor but they would not help. I had to file a claim with my credit card company which refunded me my money.

Normally, I would just take my business elsewhere, but the more I thought about this, and the company saying that I am a potential "FRAUDSTER" I couldn't let this go. And this to me is well deserved. I purchased from these guys online for the first time this past Sunday with my credit card, a credit card that I've had for years. It wasn't much, $120 for a trigger. Everything went through so I thought that I was good to go. Next morning my order had been canceled. They canceled my order with out doing the decent thing and letting me know first. I had to email them to see why my order had been canceled. They did email me back stating that they use a company called "No Fraud", and that I didn't pass their security analysis, pretty much calling me a "fraudster". Unbelievable! I have purchased thousands of dollars from other online gun stores with this same credit card, and I've never had this happen! I used this same card to purchase a $2,500 Daniel Defense ar10 a month ago from Tombstone Tactical! On this purchase, I was also using the exact same address for shipping that's on my credit card for billing, I've lived at the same place for years. Anyways, I got what I was after within a few minutes of being canceled at Optics Planet! Just because your order goes through with this company doesn't mean that you are getting your items you just purchased. They cancel your order with out calling or emailing you as well! BUYER BEWARE!
