These guys are great to work with! I ran into a situation where I was trying to purchase an item that was on sale but had an issue with a gift card, unfortunately the sale has ended (and they ran out of stock) by the time it was resolved. I reached out to Ashley, one of their representatives and they ordered another product for me AND honored the sale price! She showed tremendous professional integrity by keeping me posted until they received the item and shipped the item. Customer service is very important to me and I am impressed with the level of customer service I received from her and this company!
Great place to buy from, the only issue I have is a slight delay, evidently the good folks in N.C. operate at a very different pace. Otherwise I rarely do business with anyone else.
A COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY They lied to me about my order. They told me that it was to be delivered on 8-28-2024 after I ordered it 8-27-2024 for overnight delivery which cost extra. I checked back to see if I could get the tracking number. They wouldn't provide me with a tracking number and said it was still being processed and wouldn't be delivered today despite my paying for it.

This order never arrived and now I find out it was retained by the post office and then returned. I am out the price of the item and delivery instructions were not followed. Horrible customer service. Recieved a damaged/open package from UPS and they will not issue a refund or replacement parts. Half my order was missing. I sent the delivery picture form UPS showing items hanging out of the poorly packaged bag. Representatives take multiple days to get back to you with no resolution. Very unhappy with my purchase through them, very poor customer service.
I haven't used their site, but I received a notification from my bank indicating a $22 charge. I reached out to them via email, but I haven't received any response.
Lately their customer service has been nonexistent. I have an issue that could be fixed by having the items shipped back and replaced or refunded under warranty but anytime I chat with customer service they keep saying someone will get back to me eventually or that the item is past the return policy. When trying to call them directly or Dirty Bird Industries (Sister Company) both numbers simply say "The party you are calling cannot accept calls from this location"
Do not use these guys, very scammy feel looking at almost 1 month and still no movement on 2 instock items I ordered. They charged my card immediately but refuse to respond to any questions. their website chat system doesn't work, their request a call back (they say one day) has had me waiting 2 weeks, and a direct email hasn't been responded to in over a week. But they have my money, and no way to get a refund thru them since i cant even reach them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a mount from them. They charged my credit card immediately but they have yet shipped my product. I have tried calling them, but get sent to voicemail. I left messages, but they will not return my call. I have sent email and they will not respond. I have tried their live chat and they cannot give me answers on my order or even cancel and refund my order. I believe it is just a computer that I was chatting with. So 2 weeks later I still do not have my product and no way to get refund. It was an in-stock item. Very frustrating. Please do not order from them
I ordered some ammo and it was out for delivery for a week. I called FedEx and they told me the package was lost in the mail. I called AR-15discounts.com roughly 30 times and never had the call answered. I left multiple messages without any return call. I sent multiple emails and haven't gotten any response. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: Coincidentally I received an email from AR-15discounts.com shortly after posting this review. They made me aware of the fact they were moving to a different warehouse and they were stretched thin because of it. I didn't see anything about that when I placed my order. They asked if I wanted a replacement sent or a refund. I opted for a replacement and to give them a chance to regain my business. They assured me the product would be mailed out ASAP and it was. I received the ammo a couple of days later. Therefore I'm giving them 2 more stars for their effort. Whoever was coordinating their move should have been more transparent or halted sales.
I just want to unsubscribe from their mailing list! Seems impossible! Update; actually got it done! Probably my mistake! Sorry!
I have purchased from AR15Discounts.com several times and each time the wait on shipping gets longer and longer. I have reached out to the company several times and never get a response. I know it is the holiday season but is should not take over 2 weeks for an in-stock parts order to ship. Once/If this order I made on Dec 22 gets shipped I will not be buying from them again. Something is happening internally at their company and it is showing with all the recent poor reviews.
I purchased a Velocity trigger (order #AD940179) on 11/24/23 & have made 4 attempts to contact AR15Discounts for a return. I have received 4 auto reply emails confirming receipt of my requests promising a response as soon as possible, but never a real response. I made 3 requests through their chat window & the initial request was through their web site email. I have had several positive purchase transactions with them but something is falling apart with this company. Since I posted this review AR 15 Discounts has responded to my earlier requests for a product return authorization. My return request was readily accepted & is in the mail. This return has been the only negative issue that I have had with them and will continue using them in the future! Always great value in their products.
Ar15discounts will never receive my business again. Ordered shotgun and didn’t get a shipping conformation, waited thinking this is normal an ended up contacting customer service and they said orders are ship in the order they are received. Another 5 days goes by and still no confirmation, reached out again by email and requested a phone call and got no response from them. My firearm didnt ship for 20 days and didn’t receive it for 27. The kicker is that it was bought as a present purchased on the 29th of November and I wasn’t able to gift it on Christmas.

Recently ordered a SI enhanced lower parts kit which included the trigger, hammer and disconnect. Everything shipped fine but there was no trigger, hammer, or disconnect. Contacted support and waited about a week for a response. Understandable because of the holiday sale. Basically got a 10% coupon code for my inconvenience. Did not receive everything I paid for and most likely will not use my inconvenience coupon code. Ever.
Horrible experience with a recent purchase. Ordered a receiver set and they shipped to the wrong address. Slow to practically no response to emails, refunds are at their will as the order has to make it back to them before it takes place. Even though they made the mistake!
nearly impossible to reach customer service, took them almost 2 weeks to provide a useless response. Lifetime warranty / low price guarantee is a joke when they aren't even reachable, not that they even try to provide any service.. Be wary of restocking fees / return shipping, they want the customer to pay for shipping twice even when the item is defective.
