Oct 04,2024The excellent customer service is what sold me on directing most of my purchases to ar15. The products, pricing and delivery times are excellent. If there is a problem they are quick to correct it and if you have to return something as I did the process was quick and easy. Being a newbie on building I have emailed their professionals several times over the last few months. They always reply quickly and throughly. The representative I deal with directly is extremely knowledgeable in his field and recommends products that I need and within my budget. Not pushing the most expensive. That I appreciate.

Oct 01,2024I went through these people to build my first rifle. So I don’t know about all these tiny inconsistencies that can add up to big problems. In the end, I find they didn’t sell me a damn thing that was proper. Everything I’ve received from them was just a hair out of spec, just small enough to pass off to someone And make it seem like it they didn’t know to begin with. I am under the impression that they buy rejects that are hard to identify and sell them like it’s nothing. I’m so pissed off at the quality of the rifle I have and the only reason it sucks , it’s because the foundation of my rifle the upper and lower are just out of spec enough to be problematic. This aside I’ve had to send so much stuff back to them that I have completely given up on this company and refuse to order anything from them anymore even if they were to offer me coupons Etc. etc. I will never give these people my money again. They are the definition of professional scammers. Because in the end you won’t have a leg to stand on when it comes to recouping your losses.

Sep 26,2024Good deals if they send you what you ordered but in the event that you need to return something, it's a nightmare. Worst customer service I've ever experienced online. Impossible to get a response via email or phone. Finally received an vague email but still had questions. After searching, I found a phone number on another site. Started trying to call. No answer. No returned call. Nothing. The item they shipped not at described was their error yet they make it impossible to hold them accountable. There are many other businesses online that are much more worthy of your business.

Sep 26,2024Contacted them before placing an order and all seemed to be great. 1st order was blocked with no reason. Contacted client service and was told about No Fraud block and suggested to make a second try. Made second order, blocked again but this time I was emailed by No Fraud to provide picture of my ID card and Credit Card (covered on sensitive parts), I did it but even this time my order was cancelled with no given reason. Inquired tier2 about this and no response has been given. I lost a lot of time, but more than this, more than 50 USD worth of currency conversion that nobody will ever refund me and capped credit card with no possibility to buy elsewhere. If you don't want to lose time, please stay away. Just to add that the comment here below is stating I was using a freight forwarder: totally wrong (I suggest to look at messages I sent to your own people even before making the order), it was for a colleague of mine working at a Shipyard in Louisiana and also the order was all for NO FFL parts as discussed since before taking the order itself and agreed with your same people....

Sep 25,2024First off there customer service is great. 24/7 customer service so far from what i have seen. I think they did away with ITEM REVIEWS, why i dont know. They are looking in to it.There return policy is good, the thing of it is I don't always want to have to send it back. I have noticed a lot of items being blemished or blems when evaluating the items. Will they except returns yes but as stated don't want to always have to send back. The Anderson items that do come sealed and packaged are perfect. NBS is not all that great. Strike industries items are A+, Anderson bcgs come in foam padding wrap, not sure why. I have other anderson bcgs and all came in package. Not sure if these are true Andersons or not. Again I could send them back but at $50 each as long as they hold up its way worth it. Some of there items are spot on and some are wow really bad quality. There shipping is fairly quick minus some item packaging being bent in shipping. If you don't resale no worries if you do resale that will be an issue. You can send back but not worth the time nor worth losing the shipping cost. I have 2 more orders coming in and hopefully they arrive safe and sound. Ar15discounts really has good prices just becaerful what you buy and make sure you buy it at the lowest price. They will match there prices which makes it nice. They hooked me up with rice difference on a gift card. To be a solid hard hitting 5 star, sale items that are as good as the Customer Service Yall have, dont ship blems unless noted, packaging a hair bit better, and inspect product coming in every now and then, and put exact maker of the product in the description. God bless and happy shooting. Oh and rating is 3 3/4 stars.

Sep 17,2024Original order was mis-delivered by USPS, these guys processed a replacement using my preferred carrier the following business day of my complaint. Quick, easy, and clear communication from Customer Service. Couldn’t ask for better service. Will be buying from them again in the future!

Oct 08,2024DO NOT use this company. I Spent almost 200$ on a bolt carrier. 2 days later I got a email saying that my order was refunded due to being marked for Fraud. This isnt my first issue with them, The last part i ordered from them came all scratched and beat up.
