Apr 17,2025Friendly staff met me when I arrived and showed me the beds that I would be requiring as I am a side sleeper. Once I knew what I wanted the bed and mattress was ordered,Graham took me through all the options and recommendations. Delivery schedule and recycle uplift options were selected,I was very grateful for the helpful staff there and would recommend dealing with Graham as he was very knowledgeable about the products.

Apr 17,2025Order 2 single electric adjustable beds and paid extra for expert fitting beds turned up 6/30evening beds are cheap pine wood falling appart during opening holes in wood fitters said we will phone some one to video to show how to assemble as we have never done one before but I phone a week be for delivery to Make shore and was told that they a experts don’t by cheap beds from this company

Apr 16,2025My mother and I visited the local Archers store in Prestwick to order a new electric bed. Andrew was the salesman and he was excellent. Mum had a bit of an issue with her card and Andrew offered us a moment to sort it out with the bank. The card had been blocked but it was soon sorted. We never felt like we were a bother. Instead Andrew offered us a coffee and a tea as we had to wait for the bank to sort out the issue. Mum is looking forward to the delivery of her new bed. Thank you Andrew, Prestwick store!

Apr 15,2025The salesperson Anthony Carlin was absolutely brilliant, we had a terrible experience a year ago resulting in losing out on a very expensive bed that was not fit for purpose from another company! Anthony listened to our specifications and gave directions as to which beds, Mattress would suit our needs, without a hard sell! We felt happy and satisfied with our choice! And he was extremely helpful in all aspects of the sale!
