Apr 22,2025Came to archers in birkenshaw trading est on a recommendation from a friend, service and products did not disappoint, I was looked after by a lovely lady called lynn who was very knowledgeable about products and promotions that were on in store, once I found what I was looking for Lynn gave me space and time to consider my options , no hard sale which I think makes all the difference. Great customer service and beautiful quality furniture can’t wait for delivery.

Alan was great at helping us narrow down the options, never put any pressure on us and helped on 3 different occasions when we came back to get more info and try the bed out again! We only went in to have a wander but love what we’ve bought. Would definitely recommend them on customer service!

Sharon was helpful on our first visit and Campbell was great in helping us decide on exactly what layout we wanted. Will need to wait to see how good the wardrobe is but Archers were very pleasant for the selling experience.
