Apr 23,2025We had 3 visits to the Ayr store to see what was available, and the physical sizes of wardrobes and drawers, each time we were told by Andrew to call him if help was needed, and we were left to browse, we were given any information and help that we asked for and a copy of dimensions to help with measurements, the items aren't expected yet but if they are to the standard of the assistance we received we will be very pleased with our experience, Andrew was the best assistant we have had the pleasure to deal with in many years.

Apr 23,2025bought a mattress described as medium oh what a let down, mattress is so hard its like sleeping on a concrete slab. i managed about 1 hour, contacted customer service and after many emails i have been told that because i did not purchase their mattress protector but used my own new one along with a complete new set of bedding the 60day is not valid, was also told the being a medium that i ordered that is for guidance only. WHAT A JOKE. now i have a brand new mattress that is no good to me and as a pensioner i cannot afford another 1 so now have to sleep on cushions from my couch!!!

Apr 22,2025Delivery men too rushed to get away did not set up bed properly had to spend 1 hour re-arranging the wires.also the beds came with parts missing(very annoying ). Customer service very prompt with solutions but overall bad experience!

Apr 22,2025Ordered a mattress. Which was delivered. When unpacking it realised they'd sent the wrong one. They wanted to charge us to return it. Sent what we think was the correct one and offered us a reduced purchase price on the other one. I didn't like the mattress comfort that was delivered and rang to exchange it 5 days later (as per the 60day exchange policy) Turns out not that simple. In the small print you have to have purchased a mattress protector. I am now stuck with a matteress they won't return or exchange, even for a cheaper one. Read the small print. Will not be ordering again
