Apr 08,2025Jordan was very helpful and patient. He wasn't pushy and gave me plenty of time to think of best option for me. I think it would be better if the shop had their riser/recliner seats on the ground floor as most people buying them are likely to have mobility issues.

Apr 08,2025Ordered a reclining bed when my wife came out of hospital as she couldn't get on with a normal bed. Website stated in stock for next day delivery but it wasn't. The mattresses turned up but no bed. I have a fitted bedroom with a gap of 155cm. The bed measurements on the website shows 150cm wide which also turned out to be wrong and all Archers say is that's the measurements of the sleeping area but this is not stated. Be Careful

Apr 08,2025Great service as always, Iain welcomed us as we came in the door at the Station retail store and he ran me and my mum through every single detail of costing and got us a good deal, he was very professional at all times and we enjoyed his company, this is our 3rd purchase from this company. All positive each time, delivery due in two weeks time, which I'm sure will all go to plan.

Stevie stayed behind after closing time to put our order through and was a pleasure to deal with from start to end

Delivery promised within 8 - 10 days by the helpful salesman. 4 weeks pass, hear nothing and I need to contact them, only to learn the bed doesn't exist. The factory hadn't even made it. Order cancelled in Feb but no refund forthcoming (dispute raised through credit card). Unbelievably we get a phone call on 7th April to arrange delivery of the cancelled bed. Archers still attempting to refuse a refund and threatening to keep 20%. Unpleasant, amateur and just plain fraudulent. Avoid this shower at all costs!
