Apr 02,2025We had a wonderful experience previously with your company and salesman Jim Burleigh. We have been let down by Dreams so went back to Ayr store to look at beds. Your salesman Andrew Gulbis was fantastic. We arrived at shop at 5.30 and he said to take our time, he will be there for us. He did not rush us at all. He explained the difference mattresses, showed us different beds, colours the headboards etc could be in and told us our discounts we would get. We brought along our leaflet too. He took his time with us even although he should've been going home. Very polite, informative and all round lovely guy. We will certainly have no qualms recommending your firm. Delivery times very impressive too. Andrew also took time to look up the delivery status of our bedroom furniture and happy to say, it's on time for delivery very soon.

Apr 01,2025Order a bed. Got email confirmation it would be delivered the next day. The following day arrived and got rid of my old bed. Called archers to see if my bed was coming this morning or afternoon. They went and checked and came back and told me it wouldn’t be arriving today because it’s still in England and hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow. Explained to them that given what was given to me in writing from them I got rid of my old bed this morning and I have nothing to sleep on. Not even an apology from them. They shouldn’t say they can deliver the next day if they can not guarantee it. I have not even been given the consignment number

Apr 01,2025We buy all our beds, most of our furniture for bedroom from Archers because the service is always great and price is well within our budget. The staff in general are brilliant especially Cairns from Uddingston store who really looked after us on the last visit. He was welcoming, super friendly and helped us get the bed and deal we wanted. Would highly recommend. Always great service from the shop in Uddingston.

We were also delighted with the offer that the store had on giving us a considerable discount. Re accessibility- There is a disabled parking space close to the store. My partner was in a powerchair and found it easy to navigate around the store. The beds we wanted to look at were on the first floor but there was an easy to use lift.

I asked for castors, but order came with gliders - in the event, this is no problem, and probably better for the carpet. Overall, very good service.
