Mar 20,2025I bought a full bed and mattress from Archers (Kingsize). I booked both removal of my existing bed and a build of the new system. The guy never turned up to do the build they forgot to book it. I had to build myself which was extremely difficult as I am 61 and its a very confined space, the alternative was sleep on the floor as they took my old bed away. The mattress started to hollow within the first 3 months and I called to invoke the 90 day warranty I had through purchasing the protectors. I was told as I didn't turn it every 2 wks. it wasn't covered. The notification of turning every 2 wks. in in the sales document only issued POST SALE. Nobody turns a mattress every 2 wks. and this was just a way of getting out of their 90 day commitment. Wasn't a cheap mattress as it was reduced to £700 I would have expected both better quality and a better response.

The staff at Clydebank, particularly Stuart, were very knowledgeable and assisted with all our questions. He showed us what was available for our requirements. Needless to say, only going for a look!!, we signed the dotted line and awaiting delivery or our shiny new bed.
