Mar 26,2025Staff at store very helpful but delivery issues. Original delivery was last Friday 21st March and on Thursday 20th we had a call to say the bed wasn’t arriving. Was advised it would be today Tuesday 25th March and we would get an email/text the night before. We have had no notifications confirming a time slot.

Mar 25,2025I had done my research online before going to the store. Harry Gray, the salesman was very pleasant and did not try to influence my choice of bed frame. He also allowed me to try out various mattresses and gave helpful advice. I have not received my bed yet so cannot make a full assessment but I expect no problems. I would have given five stars but for a couple of issues. The store did not have an actual model of the bed I wanted for me to see and could only show me a similar model and, if I wanted to be able to exchange the mattress if I found it to be unsuitable after using it, I had to buy a mattress cover from Archers (I already have one but that is not acceptable). The cover cost £70, which seems rather expensive.
