We went in having a rough idea what we wanted but didn’t quite know what to look for and when we explained to him he knew exactly how to help. We thought we would have to go to a few places to find the right one but it was the first shop we went in and we got our bed. We wanted it quickly and effortlessly and that’s what we got. It was incredibly helpful as I was needing to choose a mattress while having a slightly sore back (probably from my current mattress) and so trying to figure out if one was comfortable and would work well or not was difficult.

Mar 11,2025Bought a double wardrobe via their website on 15th Feb, product showing in stock. Delivery time given 2 - 3 weeks. 4th March I emailed to check the order status and got reply "All going well we will be arrange the delivery with you next week" 9th March I sent another email requesting if they can arrange someone who can assemble the wardrobe. On 10th March In response to my 2nd email they said no assembly service for this product but same day I have got phone call that my order have been delayed till 6th June. No coordination between management, supplier, sales & customer service teams in this organisation. Worst service and bad management ever seen. I am not going to Archars again and never recommend to anyone.

Mar 14,2025The guy that dealt with me was so professional and helpful I explained what I was wanting that I needed new pillows and that the ones I did have were to soft and hurting my neck he showed me one's that have great fully improved my sleep and my neck isn't sore anymore so a big big thanks and thumbs up from the postman that even got to lye down on the bed to test them I would gladly come back here for any sort of bedding stuff 😁😁😁😁👍👍
