I was looking for a riser recliner chair and saw your advert in the paper and then received a brochure. I went to your store and Lynn Horton was excellent. She didn’t crowd us and when we tried the chairs and looked at them she came back to explain the different functions. We had the choice of fabrics and again she explained everything. A great experience.

Bedroom Units Visited your showroom in Uddingston twice to view bedroom units, each time staff could not been of more help and the range and prices explained and offered were exceptional. On our second visit we were assisted by Donna, who offered wonderful assistance to finalise our choice and order. We have now received our order as advised, delivery men took items to upper floor of house as requested making everything easy for ourselves. My thanks to Donna, staff in showroom, and ‘delivery specialists’. Kit.

Liked: - Showroom size and layout - Variation and clear indication of product ranges and their differences - Helpful and proactive retail assistant while in-store, was approached a couple times but given space and encouraged to explore and make decisions. Likely wouldn’t have made a purchase that day if I wasn’t followed-up with. - Great price options and deals - Delivery team were fast and efficient, in and out Disliked: - Store was uncomfortably hot, particularly upstairs - At POS that Friday, the assistant told me I should expect my mattress (and all the trimmings) delivered “a week on Saturday, and a you’ll receive a text with your time slot on Friday”. When Friday arrived, no text ever came. Come Saturday morning, I checked the order tracking page from my invoice, which said to call to arrange a delivery date. Called to do so, and was told there must have been a miscommunication, then was handed to the assistant that had processed my order in-store. They said “obviously, when you purchased there wasn’t actually a date arranged, so it won’t be until Tuesday now. You’ll get a text with your delivery options on Monday”, and as soon as we ended the call, a text arrived saying it would be Tuesday. This felt very blame-sensitive and reactive when I was just trying to get information. I had made arrangements to be home on Saturday and had rain-checked other events, but it wasn’t the absolute end of the world not to arrive that day. However, I also work on weekdays so had to now arrange to be home on Tuesday. Monday came and the same again, no text, meaning I had no timeframe. Tuesday morning, I checked the tracker. It said the products had arrived at the store but I had to call the store to arrange their delivery. Did so as soon as they opened at 10am. Was told my slot was 12:30-15:30. Again, as soon as the call ended, I received a text saying the same, which meant the time had only just been set. At 11:00, the delivery team called to say they would arrive at 11:30, an hour before the slot I was given. Not super happy about having to chase them up twice to find out my delivery time, and especially being told different information each time, and not super happy feeling like I was abandoned right after making the purchase. I wouldn’t have minded having to check the tracker and update or choose my time slot but having to call multiple times is not a good experience. This is the first mattress I have ever purchased, and was sorely needed due to my and my chronically-ill partner’s back problems and injuries being made worse by an old mattress. Having to wait an extra 3 days was not the worst thing at this point, but it was a painful wait. - The website provided for tracking orders is abysmal. It does not work correctly on mobile, and scales differently depending on screen orientation. Most of the left of the page is missing, particularly because of the fixed width sizes for the table in the CSS. Horrendously frustrating user experience considering it was mandatory to use this to even get my delivery date.
First time I have purchased from this company & would do so again.
