I was looking for delivery of an ottoman bed frame at fairly short notice, as was already getting an Archers delivery in 4 days. I spoke to Andrew and although a new bed would take at least a week, he sourced one from warehouse that was ready and met my requirements and more! Best thing was it could be delivered with the other items. Just awaiting delivery and can’t wait to see all my new purchases. Great service!

Excellent staff, Gordon was extremely helpful and showed me a wide range of mattresses. Very good lay out. I was not pressured into buying the most expensive mattress but the one which best suited me.

Andrew new the products well and explained the construction enabling us to select the required product. Payment was straight forward and delivery date was forwarded once known. Delivery and disposal of old product was straight forward thank you team.

Had ordered a recliner chair and 2 seater sofa for a man I work with. Very good service. When it arrived he decided he would also like an armchair to match. I contacted the company and Alan dealt with everything over the phone. Including payment. New chair due in 4 weeks

I am extremely angry! I purchased two pillows from the Great Western Rd branch for my twins and when I got home I opened one of the boxes to show my daughter and she pressed it and point blank said she didn’t like it. I attempted to return them today and the salesperson who sold me them said I was unable to return them! I am beyond livid as at no point during the sale was I told I could not return them if they did not suit (I would not have bought them if I’d been told!). The ironic thing is I could have returned a mattress after sleeping on it from lots of company’s and also if I’d bought the pillows online I could’ve returned them! They have not been used!
