Explained delivery and your requirements about any room, my only complaint was being charged for delivery when you could be paying a large amount for your furniture. Different if this was a small item or not over a certain price.

Feb 02,2025Visited your Dundee store today , with the intention of looking at large wardrobe sets for my new 4 bed house I was literally just in the door and asked if I needed help . I informed the assistant I was just looking I wasn't even half way round the ground floor and he approached me again . I informed him he had already asked if I needed help , and that if I did need help I would ask , but he continued to badger me. This is a disgusting and intrusive example of customer service , where a customer cannot have a browse without being badgered I left the store without looking further , as if this is the experience I had with just wanting to be left to look , then I will not be making my large purchase from your company , which is a pity , as you had exactly what so wanted , but your pushy , rude and intrusive salesman lost you the sale . Should also be said the 2nd assistant was quite at peace lounging over the counter Not sure if this is your companies standards , if it is then I can understand why the store is always empty ***LOVING THAT POSITIVE REVIEWS POSTED AFTER THIS ONE HAVE BEEN RESPONDED TO , REALLY JUST CEMENTS THE ALREADY POOR SERVICE *

Feb 01,2025No problem buying the pillows , a good discount given, unfortunately after one use my wife's pillow is too firm /high so is giving her a sore neck. The pillows are in pillow protectors and pillowcases, archers will not take it back. This was not explained to us when we bought it as even with the discount it is a lot of money for pillows.

Feb 01,2025Popped into my local store in Dundee and was greeted by cheerful staff. We were looking for a new mattress and were invited to have a good brows through the entire store. On selecting the desired mattress the approx delivery date was agreed and paid for the goods in full. Also had a bit of good banter with the staff who were all in good spirit. The delivery time was spot on, good communication by the two man delivery team that turned up at the exact time who then had taken care to lift the mattress through the tight doorway. I would definitely be back to shop at Archers Sleep Centre again in the future.

Jan 31,2025the one thing that made my experience at Archers great was Lynn the sales woman. She didn't approach us straight away, which I liked, but waited until we had looked around. When she did speak to us she listened to what we needed and gave us plenty of information on mattress types, different firmness of each and cost. Lynn then left us to discuss what we wanted between ourselves. Although we originally intended to replace our mattresses we ended up purchasing complete beds. This change was not due to hard selling but was because we thought about the age of our beds and decided to replace everything.

He also showed us bedroom furniture that we hadn’t intended getting but were very interested due to price. We are delighted with our purchases and will be back to look at more furniture
