Apr 25,2025Mattress sold was not as described. refused to return, replace or allow an upgrade even when I offered to pay any associated costs. Now stuck with a mattress that is not fit for purpose and not as described. Staff were unhelpful. Do not buy from this company while their return policy is so restrictive. Company response below did not address the fact they refuse to allow a return of item that was sold not as described. Company has refused to take any action on this so im out over £200 and stuck with a mattress that is not as sold. Will be exploring legal options now as company refuses to help. I would avoid buying from Archers at all costs. Terrible company that has awful customer service.

Apr 25,2025From the moment I stepped in the store , the staff were brilliant , highly informative and not pushy , there was no hard sell , told them I had a budget and needed a specific type of single bed , I was more than happy with the quality of bed and mattress and the price . Special thanks to Dave the sales guy possibly the manager and to the colleague from the clydebank ( Stuart I'm sure ) store that directed me to the branch as I needed a bed there and then . 5 star service

Apr 24,2025The person serving, Allan McLay, was very helpful with my mum who has MS. Gave my mum plenty time to try out the adjustable bed mattresses. Mum seems happy with the gel profile 1000 ortho. Only slight thing is the mattress seems longer than standard size.

Apr 25,2025Bought a very nice mirrored chest of drawers a few months ago. It is beautiful but after about 6 weeks the bottom drawer won’t close I have tried and failed to fix it myself as the drawer will not fully detach. It’s annoying and a waste of a ton of money. Buyer beware.
