Aug 13,2012Couldn't speak more highly of the service i received from arkpets. My fish tank pump broke 1 day before i went on holiday. I searched the web only to find out how much the local pet store was over charging for the pump and decided to give arkpets a ring to see if they did express delivery as the pump was nearly £20 cheaper. They did, they charged me £5 for express devlivery and the pump was with me by 9am the next day, (not bad as it was half 3 when i made the phone call!) brilliant - would definately recommend! Thank you!

Aug 02,2012Ordered my fish tank , through their website , kept up to date on when it would arrive . Arkpets own driver phoned ahead with a warning of his arrival and carried the heavy tank in for me . Great service and a super price , will use again and again .

Mar 27,2012We ordered some Cloverleaf Blanket Answer for our pond. The lady we spoke to was very helpful and the price we paid was the cheapest we could find anywhere - unfortunately next day delivery became the day after but that was not Arkpets fault but the carriers who had informed us they would be delivering next day but didn't!! We were very pleased with the help and service we had and would not hesitate to use Arkpets again.
